I hated what they did with Henry V in The King. It was not him at all. There’s historical sources stating that he was actually extremely eager to go to war with France to reclaim what he saw as his rightful kingdom. He was basically a mega-chad.

Yeah.. Idk why people voluntarily play mulitplayer sieges - theres too much of it :D open battles are just so much more entertaining in every way possible. Also, I think that ´´custom settlements´´ is what turns siege battle into slideshow. I like this mod so much but i cant connect to multiplayer and saves are unstable as fuck.

This reminded me of a tactic I used with my Neuron army a lot back in 5the and 6th edition of table top Warhammer 40k. It was knocked as *Destroyer Wing*. Necron Destroyers had good long range and great firepower to back it up. In a big game you would basically take 2 or 3 units of Destroyers with maybe a unit of Warriors support and plant them on either the left or right flank of your army and you can dominate and devastate that entire flank with just with your Destroyers within a couple turns. Worked almost every time.
1212ad is awesome! How about 1v1 battles? I feel like in a 3v3 field battle there is too much going on at one time and it might help with the choppyness if there are less units around.
i wish total war allowed more deployable eg stakes , palisades , stone beds , oil fields , fire hay ball things , caltrops , sand bag things in napoleon also be able to dig trenches etc in land battles , either place in via deployment phase or preferable certain units can deploy these in game example : (bows lay stakes , stone beds and caltrops) (horses spread flammable oil fields , lay caltrops ) (infantry build palisades , dig trenches , build sand bag , build hay balls) as an
@@debarpandutta6722 i mean there is a risk of that if not done properly but the non camper would be able to place stuff as well use oil horses to burn down defence as well as fire arrows add a unit cap so you cant spam maybe make the unit weaker then other units of the same type with similar cost add a decent build duration and debuff to moral and defence when in the the ''the building stance''
There's one thing that has been bugging me about this mod. Does spearman with a large shield and heavy armor ever existed? My understanding was that large shield were only used by soldier who couldn't afford to have a full plate armor. And owning a full plate armor usually meant that you could afford a better weapon than a spear, such as a polearm.
they did, they were intended to stand and hold their ground for as long as possible, using the shield to protect their sides and faces while also guarding their comrades, overall yes, they were used quite often

Naah. big shields and pavises were for arrow/cannon fodder troops in high and late medieval period. Well until infantry reforms of swiss armies and blunder of hussite wars there was mostly just nobles serving as heavy cavalry and their lighlty armed foot reatiners. Owning a full plate was reserved quite exlusively to nobles and maybe few of their retainers - depends which year you ask but full plate for infantry soldiers wasnt really a thing. You basically dont. Shileds were cheap, weapons kinda too but cost of armor - especially early full plate was astronomical.
I know 1212AD is gorgeous and that's part of the appeal, but at this point I think the video quality in general would be improved by turning the settings down a tad and letting it run more smoothly if that's possible.

Is there some submod to play 1212 in multiplayer? I cant ever get any matches bcs of imcompatibility. And 1212 campaign is kinda pain in ass as saves are very unstable and turns taking whole eternity bcs of too much factions :D
A good trick for both French and German with 'R's: Pronounce it with the back of your tongue, almost like you have cotton balls under your tongue. So 'Trier' is basically 'Twee-aiuh'. 'Paris' is 'Pah-wee'. 'Berlin' in 'Behr-leen'.

I heard the Acer was good or for the same price or a little more as a digital storm pre-built or custom desktop or laptop. And that is the way you use steam.
Sultanate ally should've aided Lithuania when England left his left flank with Elite units but no support, but in the end i think Englands tactics would've taken the right flank regardless
Attila has too many problems to be the best TW: Tiny battle maps, too dark, framy animations in big battles, exploding watchtowers, no post-battle kill counts, mediocre soundtrack and more. The best vanilla TW's are imo Shogun 2, Medieval 2 and Rome 2.

Lol the word comes from Turkic bai ("noble, rich") combined with är ("man, men"). It was spread from Turkic Proto-Bulgarians to the Slavic states.

Just a small tip- the "Rum" in "Sultanate of Rum" is pronounced as "Room". It's actually written as Sultanate of Rûm

Lithuania didn’t have proper knights so the Polish lithuanian unit is actually made entirely Polish Knights.
