It's very deep there, about 10 to 11 feet even in the margins when the river is low and tide is out. So I can immageine with a bit of water on and the tide fully in you'll be looking at a good 15 to 17 feet 👍👌
@@Alexandnick-angling thanks for the info thats put me off a bit more into going looks so vast it seems to me your either going to blank or bag up depending on river conditions
Yeh being honest that's the case really If there's a good bit of colour in the water you will be in for a good day, a very good day but if you hit it like I do it will be a struggle but like i say theres always a chance especially when theres this quantity of barbel in the section 👍
Your bang on with the title, the river is amazing place for Barbel. BUT the Mittern Crabs are becoming an issue on the tidal.
keep going you will get there ive never fished the trent just out of interest what sort of depth are you getting there
