    In school I was taught to stand off to the side of a grinding wheel while it came up to speed, as that was a more likely time for a wheel to come apart. Don’t know if that is true or not. Good video, thanks!

    this is great. the end mill is fine if you interpolate the bottom if you plunge with the end mill it will leave a slight angle on the bottom as the endmill has a slight angle to the center of the mill. I also used to teach how to sharpen a sheet metal bit,, as for grinding wheels I like a Norton Wheel 32A 46 or 60 K5 VBE, wonderful for sharpening drills and HSS bits,, dont grind mild steel on it
