I think we are in the earliest stages of the same thing with capital vacations at Sea club iv in Daytona beach shores is it a problem with the board is it a problem with capital vacations we are paying our yearly maintenance fees but nothing is being kept up paid our special assessment in December finally got new sea wall but no pool yet they keep saying next week the material will get delivered But no updates or upkeep is being done with the building what’s happening with our money?
The same thing has happened at our timeshare but we thwarted their attempt to take us over. I shared this with our other owners and we are checking to see if any of the players that tried to take us over are part of the Capital Vacations group.
