Has anyone else noticed that many of the longest living people or in the blue zones - the people live on islands or in high altitudes where there is very little pollution and very fresh air ? Has to also be a factor 👍👍👍

It's not just the fresh air, it's likely walking up and down " steep terrains & roughed paths." That's much more challenging than walking on flat ground.

Uhmmmm. How is it that this precious woman has access to aloevera in that mountainous area where aloe vera does not grow???😮 just asking. Take aloe daily but live in the tropics
@@LifeToYourYearsCorn, beans & squash are high in carbs. Senior citizens may have problems with triglycerides if they eat a diet heavy in grains, particularly. I became vegan & my cholesterol plummeted, but my triglycerides climbed as well as my LDL. I'm concentration on greens and cruciferous vegetables now. Simply being vegan or WFPB is not always the total solution.
