    I thank Dr Campbell for his groundbreaking research. However, some parts of the video totally contradict what Dr Campbell is saying. EG: 8 min 31 secs into the video a suggestion that nuts could be included in a keto diet! 11 min 42 secs in, skewered meat (not sure what) and then chicken is shown, admittedly being fried with less oil. Dr Campbell has never advocated a keto diet and has stated that eating poultry is associated with cancer. So creators of this video - what are you up to?

    Science needs to study 109 Jersey man that's been in news past few years, Vincent Dransfeld. He has no health problems, or aches, drives every day, eats what he wants, hangs out with his buddies at fire hall& stress free life. He attributed his health working on a dairy farm in his youth & drank raw milk every day. Those non-gmo cows are long gone now, but one can only wonder what makes this guy tick like a Swiss watch..... He very well may have some super micrbiom from those ancient cows that weren't given antibiotics back then.

    My 47 year old daughter has been a vegetarian most of her life and a strict vegan for a few years. She is an ultra triathlete and yes, she’s usually hungry. I don’t see that is a problem.

    I follow the Glucose Goddess, you can have your cake and eat it too. She says to stop a glucose spike when having a meal first line your stomach with salad, some kind of vegetable than eat some protein and last eat the starch . Do not snack and when eating a dessert eat it with Greek yogurt or nuts. Put a dressing on your salad too. I’ve tried dark chocolate and red wine, don’t like either, I do have a glass of white wine. I do prefer kefir to yoghurt and have it with flaxseed oil. I also take a multivitamin b, collagen and d3 and k2. I use the medical grade vitamin A cream and have started using castor oil. I’m in my 60s, started all this stuff a bit late but my skin seems improved, I’m hoping to slow down the aging. I live in New Zealand and for now meditations on the list are free so I get my Vitamin A cream and multivitamin b for free.

    I moved to a whole-food, plant-dominant diet based on learnings from Dr. Campbell, Dr. Esselstyn, Dr. Greger, and Dr. Kahn. I cannot describe what a profound positive effect it has had on every aspect of my life.       And I went the opposite to mainly carnivore and had the same impact. When I was mostly vegetarian I had kidney stones, terrible sleep, insulin resistance and pre diabetes and terrible smelly poo. I’m sticking with carnivore for me thanks

    I agree and disagree. Red meet is good and I will always continue eat it. it has lots of benefits. and if you don't eat meat, you can't survive without additional vitamins.... added vitamins are not healthy, the same as way too much carbs what he promoted. I would suggest lots more of fiber and protein and fats, and very little or no sugar / carbs. Please listen to Dr. Eric Berg 😊 and oats for breakfast not good (too much carbs), need protein, fiber that you would feel full for long time of the day. and no snacks. max 3 meals a day. drink glass with water where you add vinegar to it before breakfast, it will keep your sugar levels down.

    My great aunt lived into her hundreds without any dementia. She did have a little arthritis. She was traumatized by animal slaughter blood stopped eating large mammals would only eat some modest amounts of chicken and fish. She didn’t like cows milk much. She did not eat much.
