The problem with that is because in most situations any clean up of any biological material needs to be done by people who are specially trained. I have a friend who has that specialization and did biohazard cleanup for a while and he told me that even in small cases like a student cutting a finger in school or an employee getting sick and hurling in the trash, someone with that training HAS to be called in. That even applies in crimes and crime scenes with police. The problem is the number of people with that training is too small of a pool, not enough people are willing to do so, so sometimes there might be only like one person with that training In a whole county dealing with important stuff like crime scenes and accidents and if they aren't available no one can actually legally clean anything. It's dumb when it causes issues but the idea is to keep people safe that don't have the training, but in alot of places, like the school or workplace example, it would be ignored for the sake of having the janitor deal with it

12:30 The detail about the family having to clean up after a murdered or deceased loved one is pretty surprising but it makes sense when you think about it. 11:50 I heard a story a while back of how a family accidentally ran over a dude who was passed out in the middle of the road and he was basically peeled out of his skin onto the underside of the car. After getting the photos and such the police, miles from a service station, just left them with this dude still dripping off the underside of the car and they had to drive to a station and hose him into the drain. Apparently they were finding hair and gristle for months afterwards.

as someone who witnessed a shooting in a house party, the dude that got shot in the head was taken out and all the paramedics left with the body, cops stayed to get statements etc, but the blood was indeed left on the kitchen floor and was being cleaned by a girl that lived there when i left.
yeh, as far as i know they might be obligated to clean up scenes if they are in public? like streets/around houses outside etc. Just a guess but i'd be suprised if there wasn't a rule there.@@loger6995
@TheAcaciaStrain1 There are porn bots on TH-cam. They use scripts to steal comments and then vote their comments higher hoping that people will click on their profiles. Your comment is one of the ones they stole. I wish Papa Meat or his team would ban them all.
The Halloween Grinch story was the first one I was exposed to as a kid ... the one in which the Grinch was, indeed, quite scary. I haven't seen it in a long time, but in the late 1980s and early 1990s, it would air around Halloween in the same way that the Christmas Grinch story still usually is around Christmas. I don't think it's a "Halloween" theme exactly in the way that the Christmas story is, but it was aired around Halloween because it's pretty dark and scary for Dr. Seuss. It involves a different kid, a boy named "Eucharia." I still remember the scene that bothered me the most ... Eucharia is running through a darkened area and a bunch of eyes are seen opening and closing in the dark, while a song plays. "Eu-Ch-Ri-Ah, Eu-Cha-Ri-Ah, Grinch is gonna get ya', Grinch is gonna get ya', Eu-Cha-Ri-Ah!!"
It's not really a horror film but Violent Night with David Harbour is absolutely hilarious and better than the Mean One because at least the deaths are shown
13:45 The cop says "what is this Hellboy?" Cuz in the hellboy movie there's a similar scene where they try to figure out what a blurry picture of Hellboy is.
11:45 yeah if you're into cleaning up crime scenes then a career in mitigation would be right for you! Anyone can work there since it's a tough job and many don't last long. When I worked I was not informed about cleaning up biohazard waste, only thought I was doing house fires, floods and natural disasters. Man, the things that I saw from that job..
High quality content, per usual. I mean this out of respect and admiration, please enjoy the holidays and make time for yourself if you need to/can. It's always a sad day when yt burns out the good ones and your team has been crushing it lately. Bottom line, please stay relatable
I think the most tragic thing about The Grinch is the original message of the story, 'celebrate the holiday with your loved ones and to not care about the capitalistic side of it'. Even the damn Jim Carrey film got that right and expended on it with Cindy Lu realising how the people of Whoville don't care about the holiday itself outside of showing off. I'm more scared a shitty live action Dr Suess movie had more heart than this horror film.
A bit of context for this movie. It was originally just a silly trailer released on TH-cam, but reception was positive enough that the creators said fuck it and just made the whole thing a movie on a shoe string budget, somehow even managing to get greenlit for a theater release. It’s a movie that exists purely for fun, and you can really tell while watching it that it’s clearly not meant to be taken seriously.
@DrexSux I can't imagine anyone enjoying this. It's so dang boring. Not even unintentionally funny in a bad way it's just awful. I dare to find anyone that actually likes this at a 6/10 at least. I can't imagine anyone giving this higher than 6/10 idk 😆😫😫😫
@@Calebchads I liked it. It has a surprising amount of heart and you can tell the people making it just had a bunch of fun. Compare it to “blood and honey” which is the same ‘kind’ of horror movie and it’s a borderline masterpiece by comparison.

The fact you do have to clean the blood from the crime scene aftermath is crazy. My Uncle tried to self end himself in my room last Christmas and after the cops tackled him and took him hog tied up, I had to clean up the blood spattered walls and bed so on. Really fun stuff lol. My Uncle survived; nothing like family Christmas hobbies right. 😅
The thing with the blood at a crime scene, we aren't trained for clean-up, that would be another thing on top of all the other stuff we have to do which is actually many things (though some of us are more diligent at actually DOING our job than others). Usually, the agency will have a company they contact or give a family member a card for a cleaning service.
11:52 most families hire companies to clean up after the mess but ultimately, it’s up to the family to decide what they want to do and how they want to take care of it

Geez man, you people are fuckin funny. He doesn't need to lie for views, he could literally not talk about the movie a single time and still get views. It's not some conspiracy, the movie is just bad, it's that simple.
Oh wow, that's pretty damn cool, guys a freak of nature and a great actor 😂
Aye love the inclusion of the song Meatgrinder by MF DOOM 15:46
Is this the one i distinctly remember the grinch wiping his bunghole with a ring of some sort? My Uncle sure loved his dvds...
I highly recommend Dead Meat's video on this movie. Their level of detail on the background of the production can really change one's perspective on it.
I think papa meat needs to make his own grinch horror short.
Not a short tho, needs to be a full 30 minute Xmas special that becomes a classic itself. Be brilliant
@@exposingthetruth3821 that would be an incredible christmas gift for the fans
@@exposingthetruth3821if Meat And hotdiggetydemon ever worked together they would nail something like this

I appreciate all the MF DOOM references Nik puts into the videos, when hunter was taking about the meat grinder scene, he adder like a second of the MF DOOM song caller meat grinder, and in another video he pulled up MF DOOM when hunter was talking about doom, little things like that make me appreciate the editing.
Thinkin the same thing
Papa, that .6 seconds of DOOM at 15:38 made my Christmas.
Jesus christ..
@@Angel_4574 Right? That story is gonna stick with me forever.
I forgot one detail though, the person who told the story described how there would be a horrible smell in hot weather until they got rid of the car, that's why they kept finding bits, they kept trying to clean it all out but there was always something they would miss.
20:50 IRONICALLY the actor that plays the grince is David Howard Thornton. The same actor that plays Art the Clown in the Terrifier movies.
The bad horror movie reviews are always a blast. You and your editors really deliver. It takes a lot of work and preparation to make a 34 minute video that feels just like hanging out with our hilarious friend that rips on bad horror films. Your art and ability to just sit and talk to the camera are both top notch. Thanks Hunter!!
His work is fucking inspirational, top tier comment

I'm guessing you didn't realize but the actor who played the grinch in this is actually the actor who plays art the clown so idk how much off an imitation it really is in that sense lol. But you should definitely cover the terrifier movies at some point I'd love to hear your take on them!

as someone who witnessed a shooting in a house party, the dude that got shot in the head was taken out and all the paramedics left with the body, cops stayed to get statements etc, but the blood was indeed left on the kitchen floor and was being cleaned by a girl that lived there when i left.
Yup, there's a TH-cam channel that cleans up crime scenes and messy deaths
yeh, as far as i know they might be obligated to clean up scenes if they are in public? like streets/around houses outside etc. Just a guess but i'd be suprised if there wasn't a rule there.@@loger6995

@@Orangefan77 what lol
@TheAcaciaStrain1 There are porn bots on TH-cam. They use scripts to steal comments and then vote their comments higher hoping that people will click on their profiles. Your comment is one of the ones they stole.
I wish Papa Meat or his team would ban them all.
Krampus is criminally underrated imo. Got to watch it again after all these years on Christmas Night. And it was just so good all the way through.
20:47 actually, the guy who plays the grinch is played by the guy who played art the clown
The guy who plays the grinch also plays Art the Clown too. And also that actor is from my hometown of Huntsville Alabama
as a child, i thought the original grinch was scary enough
One of the Scooby-Doo movies had an ad for the grinch and I straight up couldn't watch the movie for years
The one I was scared of was the Jim Carrey version.
This one looks great can't wait to watch it 😃
It's not really a horror film but Violent Night with David Harbour is absolutely hilarious and better than the Mean One because at least the deaths are shown
That old man look after saying "They go to Horton's" had me belly laughing. 😂
Okay but ‘slashing through the snow’ is genuinely good
12:05 In the USA you either hire a crew to clean up the crime scene or do it on your own.
The clip of Negan was so random but well placed I laughed so loud 💀💀
I think the most tragic thing about The Grinch is the original message of the story, 'celebrate the holiday with your loved ones and to not care about the capitalistic side of it'. Even the damn Jim Carrey film got that right and expended on it with Cindy Lu realising how the people of Whoville don't care about the holiday itself outside of showing off.
I'm more scared a shitty live action Dr Suess movie had more heart than this horror film.
Did you just call a classic well loved movie a “shitty live action”????
@@overhalled I'm going by the "public opinion" I rewatched it and it's a masterpiece
What public opinion one on another earth? it’s always been decently/ well received I’ve never seen anyone say anything bad about it tbh
It's a parody. You're taking it way too seriously
I remember, MONTHS ago, asking the director or people to send him this movie. Honestly hilarious that this movie was smited from earth.
You can rent it right here on TH-cam but paying for it should probably be illegal

@@Calebchads I liked it. It has a surprising amount of heart and you can tell the people making it just had a bunch of fun. Compare it to “blood and honey” which is the same ‘kind’ of horror movie and it’s a borderline masterpiece by comparison.
I love that Papa says it feels like the Grinch is doing an Art the Clown thing without knowing the same actor did both.
When the narrator goes: "But what if I said that not how it went down", he sounds like a dead-ringer for Albert "Global Saturation" Wesker.
Yooo, the Madvillian drop when you said "meat grinder"...
that was amazing.

Him calling her Sydney the entire video is pretty great.
Crazy how Mr meat put a MF DOOM song in his video
For those who are curious the actor who played the Grinch is David Howard Thornton which IS the same actor as Art the Clown in Terrifier 1&2. He's a very cool dude.
Unfortunate Papa Meat didn’t do that research since he did compare the two.
David howard thornton who played art the clown in terrifier is the grinch in this movie
I am a starving actor, I would take any role at this point. But if you told me to be in the grinch horror movie, I dont know if Id take it
Don’t you love movies that make you feel like a creative genius in comparison 💀
“Somewhere Jolly in Meatland” is a cute way to say Kansas City
This movie was awesome. It knew exactly what it was and it embraced it completely. It's clear everyone in the movie had a lot of fun. The movie was inspired by Terrifier, so obviously their goal was to be funny and goofy and just to have fun with it.
The MF DOOM meat grinder instrumental when he said meat grinder caught me so off guard 😂
That part where they go to Hortons killed me, hunters fucking face completely killed me. I could not breath. Fuck.
There HAS to be instances where a company cleans up these crime scenes. The movie “Sunshine Cleaning” was all about it.
You can hire a company to do it, but it’s your responsibility to hire them. The police or coroner’s office doesn’t do it for you.
Yeah there are companies that specialize in that sort of thing, but they're not provided by law enforcement. When my sister unalived herself NOPD actually gave us a business card for a local company but they wanted to charge like $1,800 to scrub a wall and take out a bed lol.

If the DVD of this movie ever turns up at the Dollar Tree near me, I'm gonna definitely grab it.

30:35 this shit had me dying. The little "Julie" In there was fucking hilarious
11:52 most families hire companies to clean up after the mess but ultimately, it’s up to the family to decide what they want to do and how they want to take care of it
Really REALLY love your toons from main channel! really love em! 0:13 dude did u just told everyone my childhood 😂
I usually love when movies give stunt performers a chance to act (like Terrifier 2 did) because stunt people work hard and deserve more jobs and recognition but when they put them in POS movies like this they're not doing them any favors.
11:58 I’d like to point out there is people that do come and clean up after the body gets taken away, they’re called Crime Scene Cleaning Technician.
I think the part that got me the most was they wanted it to look like it was winter time. But none of the leaves have fallen off the trees. So they just added this really weird blue filter to make it look colder I guess
