The mall Santas and elves having a racket where they find out what toys kids want the most through their jobs, and then make cheap knock offs is legit one of the funniest things ever to me.

My favorite Christmas movie is called The Hogfather. The plot is basically that a man is hired to assassinate The Hogfather (Santa). But he's a magical being powered by the belief of children. So the Assassin breaks into the Toothfairy's castle to use all of the children's teeth to make them stop believing. Death, the Grim Reaper, cannot abide by this so he dresses up as The Hogfather and becomes a mall santa, while his granddaughter Susan tries to stop the Assassin.
