  • We're finally in the finishing stages of the engine bay of the XP800 and man is it coming together nicely.
Follow along as we install the freshly powder coated exhaust and restored carbs.
    As always thanks for watching!

just picked up a mint 96 xp today, $1000 with a trailer. the guy ended up trying to rebuild the carbs himself and swapped everything up, brackets in the wrong place, throttle cogs on upside down, etc. this video helped a ton to get everything back to normal. thanks!

Could you all please make a video about how to completely remove a gas tank out of a 2000 GTX millennium Sea-Doo and replace all the fuel lines and clean up the gas tank. Thank you you all are definitely professional and y'all helped me a lot to learn how to rebuild these engines and beyond and y'all explain everything in detail thank you. I've been rebuilding outboard motors for 20 plus years

What did you use for the gasket maker and what was that red substance used as well. I am about at this step to reassemble.

can you explain to me how to hook up the oil pump line so that the timing marks are marked up so when it's full throttle it's where it needs to be?

Hey bud, where are you getting parts for ski's that old? I have a 1997 GSX that I need to exhaust pipe for. Have not see them anywhere.

I appreciate the videos on the 787! They are very helpful and informative!... I just rebuilt and installed my 787 for the first time, I'm learning a lot... do you have any tips for adding the oil and ensuring there are no bubbles in the line and also anything I need to be aware of when it comes to the oil & gas for the first start up? Thanks!

Can't stand removing the carbs. Holding them in place while starting the screws to mount the carbs just SUCKS.
