TokYo-Yo Understood. It's great. Probably the best thing released this year. It's my 1st real experience with IYOYO. We have the Veritas Pro but it's my son's so I've only toyed with it. In short, I'm blown away by the Iceberg. So good. I'll say it ups the ante in a big way and everything else needs to up their game to stay relevant.

4:21 smooth combo my dude. I liked that a lot. That combo makes the yoyo looks like it's very floaty, would you confirm that?
+EOS44 Thanks! That’s my go-to combo usually. :)
It does FEEL floaty, but I’m not sure it is. It doesn’t feel heavy, and it does seem to give you time in the air. It doesn’t feel rushed or speedy, unless that’s how you want it. REALLY relaxed.

If anyone is looking to learn I think it's roughly the following:
Double or nothing -> Hop up and out into a trapeze -> pop over throw hand into 1.5 mount -> Buddahs revenge -> Dismount to Brother mount -> Trapeze and His Brother Slack -> Dismount into houdini mount -> Dismount into Suicide Bind

Seriously though, the GC is a bit overpriced and underperforming. The iCEBERG feels waaaay more capable.

Hey T. I noticed that you said that the bearing is a Pixel, however from the looks of it, it's a Center Trac Bearing. The Iceberg really looks good though :)

It is a Centering Bearing in this batch and the next. We're having MASSIVE production delays (I am talking 6 months+!) for Pixels because of the damn Fidget Spinner craze...
iYoYo.de fidget spinners use pixel bearings or the production is used by other bearings because of the fidget spinners ?

We were just talking about this last week. You were holding out on us you sneaky guy haha. Looks great. I’m just gonna cop one. Any difference in grind ability/ smoothness amongst the color choices or all the same in your opinion ?

i consider buying an iyoyo. what would you recommend, the iceberg or the veritas pro? i like fingerspins, i got a skyva.
+diego scar That’s a really hard thing to answer. The Veritas pro is undersized and V-shaped which makes it a really interesting throw, and very unique from a lot of other yo-yos.
The iceberg is a full size h shape and using plastic more and has a greater weight differential then the Veritas pro so it lends itself to very different play.
I’d say if you want something unique smaller and extremely comfortable go for the Veritas pro. If you want something more bimetal feeling go with the iceberg

mhmm i also want to do some thumb grinds and when looking at both yoyos, i guess it is way easier to do with the veritas pro, so i probably going to buy this one :)
