Italian seasoning salt pepper garlic powder onion powder parsley
Mozzarella cheese
Hunts tomato sauce
1can chopped tomato’s drained
Onion olive oil
Cheese mixture
Ricotta cheese
Cottage cheese
Egg opitional
Fresh parsley garlic powder onion powder pepper salt
Mozzarella

I kept thinking "Why do I think she resembles someone" : Jill Scott for sure. Thanks Ms. Gina for your touch. Definitely added to my rotation. I have a husband, three teenage boys, brother in-law and grandfather to feed when they get home Saturdays afternoon after plays their games or fishing. Trust me, they can eat, and this recipe allows me to fill that aluminum pan, add some garlic bread and a green salad, and voila!

I always add a little sugar to my tomato sauce, it actually cuts the acidity from the tomatoes, so it serves a purpose in the recipe!
Barbara Johnson me too...I always add a little sugar to balance out the acid of the tomatoes!
I do also add suger,depending on the size of my sauce sometimes brown sometimes white
I do the same for my spaghetti and my collard Greens and it doesn’t taste sweet at all.😋👍🏽

I have to admit I kind of through everything together. I like how you mixed the ricotta and mozzarella with the penne. Then layered with the sauce. I'm gonna do it this way from now on !😁
