hi yuri finally got the clutch back in and oh yes it works driving it today slight hesitation for reverse not sure about that but im going to give it time to settle in on the the flywheel there was a trace of grease and on the shaft of the release bearing was covered gearbox oil is just under 2ltr i think so lm going to keep on it for now but i think its done

We just resolved it, for all follow this link, do exactly and install it back with no gap to clutch fork - if you moving it to side and still have some gap - remove the nut 10 on the rod and put some washers:

My Yaris has had the clutch & gearchange actuators removed and replaced by my garage. Now the car moves off at tickover in 1st gear. I believe the clutch is engaged when it should be disengaged until the accelerator is pushed down. Is this a similar ‘learning’ problem? Thanks

Hello! I have a Corolla mmt. I recently changed the clutch, the pressure plate is the old one. I reset it and everything was almost ok. however, recently, it started to set to compensation, as if the disc was worn. This means that it started not to disengage properly. I adjusted the actuator several times, it worked, but the self-adjustment of the pressure plate kept repeating. Because now the standby point is no longer calibrated, the disc being new but the auto pressure plate set, practically it no longer disengages completely, I'm going to remove the box, reset the board again. question! is it possible that because of the sensor on the box, which I think is a little defective, the clutch will act too much and that will be the reason for the self-calibration of the pressure plate? thank you very much!

Сегодня столкнулся с похожей проблемой. В итоге оказался отбитый стальной выступающий наконечник на датчике и получился очень большой зазор между датчиком и шестерней. После замены сцепления не проходила адаптация сцепления.

@@vak_service Thank you. I have done it but still the same. And there is no sound during the learning manually and with techstream. The actuator motor is working fine but N disappear on the dash. I replace the clutch actuator but same problem.

I have a 2008 Yaris MMT 1.4 D-4D which is making my life a real hell. It just had the clutch replaced but the learning proces does not complete. The symptoms are just like the one in this video, no acelerator pedal, engine light on, and N blinking after engine on. Could you please help me with a part number for my car for this sensor? the N position, with the foot on the brake, in techstream, at the revolution gearbox input, I have 0 rpm. as the engine warms up, after 10-15 minutes, the input revolution gearbox starts to show 200 rpm, 300 rpm... it increases until it shows 700 rpm, approximately equal to the engine rpm, then it stays around that value.
the old clutch disc was replaced only the ferodo, maybe it is too big?
Hi, I have a 2009 Aygo MMT. I replaced a slipping clutch, but now it fails the clutch learn like in this video. I could replace the sensor, but when I look at the live data with the engine running, the input shaft RPM is very similar to the engine RPM. So it looks like the sensor might actually be working. How does this compare with your car? did the gearbox input shaft sensor work at all or was it completely dead? I don't want to waste yet another £50 if the sensor isn't the issue.

I have a toyota aygo here same fail appear in live data. But no dtcs . I tried same relearning procedure but no succes.
Did it several times but still no succes….
In summer we changed the clutch of car and driven good till yesterday.
yesterday did not shift to M or D only R . After relearning the N Is blinking now and no shifting…

And after few second after switch off - is off, right? I saw this , in my case it was when the clutch actuator was not moving back - to stanby position, you can check it - ask someone to turn off the switch - ans you check how the clutch actuator go back to standby position, do it several time and i think you will see the differents. If it like this - it say that clutch actutor will make some problem. Check it and reply, also check for trouble codes, even via manual mode like in my video.

@@vak_service thank u for replaying.the light still all the time ..i replace the clutch actuator and make learning ..ther is no any sound coming from gearbox when learning .and the fault codes about gate actuator error .when pressing brake the clutch actuator dose not return ..do u think the clutch inside the gear box has been warmed or distroying...

@@abdoulfatahoubamogo3454 It mean that it has some problem and it can't do the learning. You was need to check for dtc before the learning. I think you missed some of connectors or installed them not right position. In this case you need to install another learned tcm or reflash your like in my video:

Look, this MMT system made by Aisin, so toyota use clutch by Aisin just make they logo on parts. In case toyota parts - inside aisin parts.
For diesel you need "Aisin clutch kit KT320A" - contain 3pcs
