Thank you so much for the video. With the help of the video and a friend, my acuator now has a new motor. However, the gears still do not grab sometimes (usually when slowing down or in a traffic jam) it wether takes a few seconds to find the gear OR - the worse case - it slips into Neutral and stays there - the control light comes on and I cannot shift at all until I turn off the engine for at least 2 minutes. So, actuator motor was replaced, but problem occured again (even though not as frequent as before) gears still slip just as often. From my understanding - the new motor was not "learnt" as we do not own this device shown in the picture. Getting it done at a dealership costs more than the motor for the actuator did and I am afraid that it still will not work properly afterwards. The dealer wants to change everything, actuator, clutch and what not, which will be more expensive than the car was ;) Somebody else suggested to change the transmission oil. What do you think I should try next? Thank you
Hi, hard to say without see the car, important is do the correct diagnostic, check the resistance of the shift motors, clutch aktuator motor, re-lern "ECU replace mode" hold car battery in good condition, check clutch steps.
Hello . What faulty can stopped the intialization and learning at 50% when trying this , the clutch and the clutch actuator are replaced are new ? What can make this happen ? The service told me to replace the MMT ECU of the transmision
Hello. If I move the actuator to clutch clamp position manually following N E M+M+M+M+M E N ( not with electronic tester), sounds need to be heard from clutch or actuator? How do I know the actuator is in clutch clamp position? Thank you!
Hi there! I changed the clutch but forgot to reset the m/t ecu. now the car is in Neutral, and won't change gears. when I put it in drive the N will flash in the dashboard. can you help me out?
Saif Taweel hi, If you have fitted a special clutch kit to MMT system , lern mmt system like after replaced MMT ECU, Everything should return to normal.
hi mate i replaceeee clatch for toyota aygo 1.0 i mark actuator befor i replacee i put bk evrything car was drive 3 days aftar stop on road i bring in gargae i put 3 scanner not commncatoin ,i open clutch actuator looking in side everything fine work can u help me plz??
After replacing clutch, clutch actuator, gear actuator, You have to learn mmt system if not, the mmt system will be lost. You fitted orginal clutch kit?
Aurangzeb B ...this is the Toyota specification 75W90 universal syntetyk gear oil , 99% of the damage comes from the electric motor , especially from damaged brushes. that's why these electric motors work up to about 60k km

Hi, before replaced it you used tester for adjusting replace position ? ...if not now you have to calibrate it...

Hi, the learning process cleared previous settings and records new parameters for smooth movement. Important ...car battery must be good condition.

24mm oil cap, oil aut and in is same size .check my onother videos about Toyota gearbox.
