I have like a $40 one. Unless you're doing a lot of heavy wet sanding, it's not completely necessary. Two step paint corrections on modern cars is not a problem if you're doing things correctly
So I bought mine years ago. I believe it was like $50. It looks like this but I have no idea why it cost this much? www.amazon.com/CM8801FN-Coating-Thickness-0-1250um-0-50mil/dp/B00DKUUUP2/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1546654096&sr=8-6&keywords=paint+thickness+guage
On the lite side I think Tryee Allen has been inhaling too much APC or SUPER CLEAN. Now it doesn't matter if your answering a questions during a episode or returning a professional question. Answer there question & pick out some of your past episode's that they can watch. It will spark more questions but some of the other episodes will give the answers they want to know. That alone can help speed up there learning because sooner or later there going to pickup the idea start combining past episodes and keep watching future episode's
Thank you for taking the time to record these videos
Hi Oscar . When you wash a car with ONR and you use DI water would you still dry it on ? Thanks Ian
I always use tap water. But yes, I'd still dry
What about getting maintenance customers....do you leave a flyer behind after your detail showing maint costs? Do you just communicate it to them?
Yes, you should jus talk to them directly

Great info as always.
glad you enjoyed Aaron!
What is your opinion on Paint Thickness Gauges? They just seem so expensive, but everyone tends to think it’s a must have.
