Raised Legs Pose (Uttana Padasana) with Senior Iyengar Teacher Carrie Owerko . This video is part of a new serie with Carrie : Mobility in Stability. www.carrieowerko.com
Fantastic teaching of the purest form of yoga. This asana should be the staple for all of us who use the computer and the mobile phone the whole day. Even an attempt to do it relaxes the upper back and neck and makes one feel good.
Hi Carrie, Your vidoes are an inspiration and so useful to me as a yoga teacher and as a student. I refer to your classes and review them over and over again when mastering these poses and they are a continuous source of knowledge. I would love to know if you offer any teacher training courses or any other kind of courses that I might attend in the future. Again, thank you for these tutorials Rachel
I love you teacher
Many thanks! Спасибо большое!

Hi carrie
I like your vedio specially based on leg flexibility and alignment. Pls can you tell me how can I make my shoulder and hand strong
is there another name for Paripornavasana (sp)? I cannot find it in Light on Yoga...thanks!
Clear wonderful teaching.
Fragrant Rivers paripurna navasana? Navasana is the pose from previous syllabus (intro-2) to learn legs for Uttana Padasana (senior level)
Fragrant Rivers and there is Utkatasana from Intro-2 list to adapt the spine to that curvature and Pariankasana to learn as well...
Teacher Carrie please , traduce al ESPAÑOL.
it is available with subtitles in spanish, go to the setting on the You tube box, then to auto-generated then choose Spanish. thanks
