I have found that the newer robot vacuums with lidar are 4 inch + (10cm+ ) high which does prevent it going under most bedroom furniture. The edge of many vacuums are also too high to reach kitchen & bath baseboards possibly if they are 3 inch + (76mm+) high at the edge. The 11S is only 2.8 inches (74mm) high which can go under almost every furniture piece and reach the baseboards of every kitchen and bath. 11S not as smart but if your smart one can't reach the baseboards or under low furniture it's not effective either. I wish that most reviewers would include the height like you did.
Exactly!!!!! My rowenta x plorer s120 looked great on paper but it cant clean multiple baseboards! Its 10cms all around. It's not very helpful to have these robots when you have to sweep the dust manually every week!!
The low height is why I purchased the S model. It goes under everything. I’ve been using roombas for close to 15 years. Have two in operation now. I’m happy with them, but they don’t go underneath beds and furniture.
You should also check out the Eufy X8 Pro, if just vacuuming is the priority, that one looks really good, it's more powerful and has a larger battery than the L50 or L60.
I own this L60 with clean station. For the pet hair cut feature you need to setup to return clean bin every 15 mins so not too much of the hair get catch on the roller. If too much hair the cutter barely does anything.
So I just bought an L60 as it was on sale for 280 for Prime day and while I do sweep regularly it caught so much cat hair I had to clean the cartridge because it was blocked. I suspect as I run it more regularly it will be less of an issue and so far (only ran once) I'm pretty happy with it for the price. I can't currently afford the mopping one and not sure how well the wood floors would respond to the mopping. It does like going off road so you have to keep an eye on it if you leave the doors open when doing the initial mapping.
I saw that the x10 needs 13cm head clearance, I adapted my furniture to my s5max when I bought it and it only needs 10cm, I don't want to redo that procedure just to get the x10 to work in my home, sadly .
I agree that the Eufy S10 pro is great, it offers a lot for the price, it offers most of the features that the Dreametech X30 Ultra offers at about half the price. I have the Eufy S10 pro and the Dreametech X30 Ultra, both are really good although the Dreametech is actually much louder on the highest suction power setting than the Eufy S10 Pro. I do hope Eufy sells a bunch of the S10 Pro, it's great.
i have a l60 i always keep it clean from dust i cant get it to work when i turn it on its says resume the blue light comes on then goes off again can you help please
How do you put it into mapping mode? I am quite frustrated as I can find NO WHERE on the internet that shows exactly how to do this from start to finish, either on the app or on the L60 itself. Often videos show the Edit Map screen or other map screens but I have found no one to show exactly how to get there from the home screen. I can't find it anywhere on the Eufy Clean app for IOS or the Eufy website. Their help desk is an AI joke.
The first time it runs it will move around the house and create a map. I'm sure you have already done this. If the map is incomplete because you initially had closed doors or blocked areas then you have two options. 1) Create a second map and make sure all doors are open when it runs so that it can build a complete map. Settings > Manage Map > Create New Map. You can delete the original map if needed. "Settings" is the hexagonal icon in the upper right corner of the app. 2) To update an existing map, you have to run it in "auto" mode and let it finish cleaning the entire house. If you stop it at any point it will discard any changes that it discovered during that cleaning. It may have to return to the dock to change once or twice if your house is large, but once it has finished cleaning the entire house in auto mode it will update the map (permanently) with newly discovered areas.
You must mean the flap that opens for the self emptying station feature (if you got it). It's not a camera or anything. That was a positive for me. LIDAR presents far less serious privacy issues.
Having gone from the bumper to the lidar I can say is it a massive improvement. It cleans each room efficiently without crashing into everything and I can schedule it to clean certain rooms on certain days. I schedule it to clean a different part of the rest of the house while I'm sleeping (bedroom door closed) and I never hear it because it doesn't crash into things. Then it is scheduled to clear my bedroom at Noon a couple days a week. With my old bumper Roomba, I was lucky if it could randomly find its way back to the charger or avoid closing itself behind a door. I had to go looking for it all the time. It also made a ton of noise as it banged into all my furniture so I never wanted to run it while home.

can we put vinegar in the clean water tank?
thanks for the recommendation
I love the eufy’s because they’re thin and get in everywhere the one’s with a radar are too high they don’t quite make it under some stuff
Just brought mine for £650 in sale from Argos in UK
The X10 is $679.99 now!
I know I just bought it on Amazon. I can't wait to get it
Are they good at edges cleaning?
I have an eufy L60 and there is a problem with the map. Two rooms are selected and they make one room, I, and a different class
The X10 is 600 right now.
What do you think about that mach S1?
Looks impressive, doesn't it? I hope it works as well if not better than how it's described in the current campaign.
Interesting machine, but buying through Kickstarter only gives a 1 year warranty, which is a bit strange as we in the EU have a statutory 2 years.
looks good but its kind of differnt being a kickstarter project, I have not had good luck with kickstarter projects

Long haired dog eh..... don't call my wife that :)
Lol I don't want my appliances mapping my house my dude.... I will stick with the dumb bumper one...
