Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

Now I see red flags 🚩. That took counseling and educating myself about narcissism . I meditate too to be able to see clearly in the present moment. I call them mental predators. This channel is a rare one. A narcissist educating us on narcissism. Incredible

Yessss. Omg I saw this for the first time the other night with my partner. For years ive been sad and depressed and desperate for his love. Ive accepted thats an impossible mission and tons of weight has been lifted off my shoulders since. I was simply laughing at a video on my phone a few nights ago and he said bye as he left for work. Ive never been mocked at for laughing but experienced it for the first time. So fulfilling to see how miserable he truly is inside.

But to be honest the dummy ended up doing the exact opposite of what they were trying to do.. now maybe at 1st before I knew what I was dealing with I did loose my self worth and who I was, but once I got the knowledge and opened my eyes to reality they actually made me realize my self worth and brought me closer to my faith🙌🏽 it’s actually how I came into my spiritual awakening dealing with that BIRD.. so even tho the experience and relationship was the worst EVER!! The narc other checked all the boxes and then some. With no supply, control, attention or accolades, they are deteriorating, suffering a narc injury, and becoming more delusional, demented, sad & miserable. A more horrible creature couldn't exist on the planet.

I just did the same thing with my now ex gf last night, lord, she LOST it when I start deflecting everything back onto her, basically copying her. She asked “What are you doing???” I said “giving you a taste of your own medicine”
She broke down, walked out, gave me the silent treatment for hours, then I broke up with her. Now she’s being sweet as pie, promising everything I’ve been asking for. It’s insane

Saying "no" and calling them out on their bs (especially when you have PROOF) makes them absolutely rabid. I found out today. Not for the first time. But definitely for the LAST... I woke up to abusive messages (for no reason other than me not having money to give them right then). Then, I was called abusive for defending myself. THEN, he said that he didn't see how what he said was abusive, that he didn't understand why I was being mean to him, and that he "was just trying to communicate that he needed help." Yeah... By saying I'm a backstabber, a betrayer, a c**t (and so much more), while I'm ASLEEP? Yep. You need help. But not the kind you think you need. And not from me. Not ever again.

@@danielleadair7394 that's my plan. He's making threats like CPS. It's the only thing I fear in this world. And unfortunately, he knows that. He's also threatening revenge porn. That's humiliating, but I could find a way to nip that in the bud. It's CPS. I'm not a bad mom. But things are a mess since his father died, and I'm not in top of everything like I should be. So, I worry endlessly about them...
So, I'm going to file a police report ASAP, in the event that he DOES retaliate, they can SEE that, and maybe file a false report charge on him or something. I never wanted things to get to this point. But I won't let him retaliate, like his abusive a$$ is in the right somehow!

And finally had to get police escort to get my belongings, as he changed the locks when I left for work one a Friday. I had a stroke that night. I called his "Mommy" That's when he finally complied. Because I threatened to sue his mother. As she owned the house he threw me out of . SMH

When my ex and I broke up the first time he tried to hoover me back into a "friends with benefits" situation and I wouldn't take the bait. That's when he did the whole "I'm going to start therapy and I want a family with you". Obviously that worked at the time. What I didn't know was that the next 5months of my life was essentially an intentional plot to break me down, make me afraid to live without him, and essentially attempt to make me his "bunker wife/mole woman". It didn't work, and I got away safely, but DAMN that does some serious damage to the psyche long term 💔😵💫
How to drive a narcissist crazy: Ask the narcissist if they want a slice of cake, then proceed to cut a slice straight out of the middle, and return any extra icing to the main cake.
How to drive a narcissist crazy while not looking like a serial killer: Say no often, and tell others what they've said to you, with proof. Harassment doesn't get to be a secret.

Seeing your kitty put a smile on my face 😻 I got released from the ER 5 days ago because my husband pulled me down by the hair all because he couldn't find his keys and I wasn't looking fast enough. Years of watching videos learning about this disorder and trying to manage a relationship that i have no means to escape at this time... Lee has literally helped me save my sanity. Hes taught me about this disorder in ways that have helped me save my peace of mind. Done being sad and trying anything. Done taking this shit personal. Lee... you are HILLARIOUS. I was in deep, deep trouble not so long ago. I was really losing my mind. But even in my darkest moments, your videos still made me laugh out loud. And while NPD is a very serious, multifaceted issue for both victims and sufferers, it's good to laugh about it sometimes, too.
Each way mentioned in the video can lead us to have a better future. LOL. To sum up, having our damn good life is the best way to kill 2 birds 🐦 with one stone. I am enjoying my no contact and moving forward. Stay strong survivors!

I dealt with this too. He hated me having so many friends, especially more male friends than females. What a nut case and I'm just as crazy for dealing with it
I met this guy at work. I gave him my number. I had his number, told him to call me in 3 days if I forgot to call him, but wait 3 days. He didn't, he called me the next night. The conversation was weird, testing my boundaries constantly and I decided I didn't want to speak to him again. He started talking about wanting to unalive himself. I said, okay, thats your choice to make, good luck. Changed my number the next day. I ignore him and don't make eye contact when he comes into my job. Very manipulative person.

My narcissit X has literally lost his mind He lost his car he's been sleeping outside of walmart, not coming back to his mom's for 3 days She's thinking about locking him up in the mental institution She doesn't know that basically he's had a narcissistic collapse and he lost total control He's literally lost everything and just sleeps outside of walmart for no reason He loses his money his phone Shoes It's always angry cussing out his mom and he's never done that And i've talked to everybody in their family they think hes Absolutely destroyed because of our break up Until he finds find somebody else new supply his facebook page has pictures humiliating me But like all over his facebook he has came friends with some of my family Even in other states That I haven't seen in years He went Somewhere Somehow And bought me a bunch of clothes he probably stoled them His mom says they're hanging all up ready for me to come back This has been going on eight months that we've been broke up And it's literally crushed him I really do feel bad for him Even to the point where i've cried Because of what he has became But ultimately I hope that he learns a valuable lesson that you can't treat people like shit and expect them not to leave you If he doesn't learn that that's on him and that's a great disservice One thing for sure he ain't going to do it to me And because of him ive Learned so much about this disorder how to handle these people And how hilarious my ex can be sometimes Like when I disagree with him He throws a fit or punishes me or ignores me He hasn't learned yet He's predictable and I figured him out Quit trying your bullshit with me But nice try I dont even know why that you thought that bullshit would even work with me

Fortunately, once a narc has gotten money out of me, they usually are ready to get rid of me. I've seen it happen with different people over and over again. I don't inspire that kind of passion in people. 😏

No contact is so helpfull and it's less stress and pressure on yourself, you get to heal aswell. Some times you got to chase them and act like you can’t live with out them and they will think you is weak for them then they will leave you to be with another woman because they swear you is weak but really you’re pretending to be weak. My ex narc he sent me a message randomly one day "Thank you" then he went onto write he was moving and looking thru old cards I gave him n it made him smile🤔I ignored then he sent a followup this all on social media & wrote being his ex is noy a flew I should be embarrassed. I've had to delete down to my Pinterest account because the more I ignored the more attempts he would make to contact or would watch all my posts. They don't want u when they have u but when they see ur happy and living its hell to them because "how dare u not break like you were suppose too"

I walked out when I realised what they were doing. Was persuaded back by a friend. Went back on a boundaried basis. This lasted a few weeks! This was just a friend.

I really think I should get a one on one. I just got off of work. He’s blowing up my phone because he saw my plans about wanting to get a house. He doesn’t think I can do it, I said, even if I have a roommate, the same thing we’ve been doing the past year together? He is freaking out. Threatening me. Saying I’ll have to move out sooner so he can start his life. He doesn’t want to wait six months while I save for a house. I never said I would stay here while I wait. No matter what I say. He has another excuse. It’s just funny because he broke up with me after 11 years. Is now saying I’m screwing him over and taking the dog and can’t get this house. My brain feels like it’s gonna explode. I don’t know how much more I can take. I’m worried he’s going to snap he’s never been physical at me intentionally, caught himself before following through. With all of our history, I know he still cares about me. I’m just worried he’s going to do something stupid but he’s covert. When he’s upset or hurt he gets you back in a meticulous cruel way. He’s got me playing chess when I thought we were playing checkers.

I literally tried breaking this toxic cycle (it was something casual bcs he’s cheating - he’s in a whole ass relationship with another woman to get the European card) I don’t know at what point I became super attached and saw he wasn’t the one for me so every time I tried ending things he would show up at my house and the cycle would repeat itself. I’m currently in another country (a whole other continent) and he doesn’t accept me “breaking things off”. This man is hella delusional talking about how he’ll come find me when he’s “free” and can give me a proper relationship and whatever. this wasn’t supposed to be like this and I’m lowkey scared to go back home… his bday is coming up I’m not breaking no contact he’s blocked on everything. I promise you I’ve discarded him like 20 times and when he “ended” things with me he was still talking about going on holidays together and how he hopes God gives us another chance to do things right. when I asked for space he’s like “for now I’ll give you your space” but I also caught him ignoring me when I texted him I suppose as a way to punish me for all the discards. at this point I’m praying this man gets deported or falls for someone else. it’s scary out here. But I feel so much peace ever since I clowned and blocked him. I’ll be out of the country for another 2 months. I’m scared this man will become crazy if he doesn’t know how to reach me. I truly pray he forgets about me.
@@MentalHealness also: this man was at my place like 5 times/week and when we would go out, he would literally act like a married man. no wrong move… I lowkey became addicted to the attention and sex imo. definitely a karmic bond. i feel like we both became addicted to each other but I was aware from the start that he wasn’t the one for me and the discard - makeup cycle was INSANE. he was never mean to me with words or so even when I was mean bcs I was hurt that he was with someone else too. it’s truly terrifying actually. think he also became addicted to my coochie and the orgasms and the validation I gave him
it’s worth mentioning I’m Colombian and he’s Cuban and tbh I always told him he wasn’t the only one and tbh I feel like my love could be addictive. I was honest and not trying to trick him, but I feel like we both got hooked to each other. I always told him that was our karma: mine was getting attached / feeling love for someone in a relationship and his for cheating and lying 🥲
It's me again, Celeste. I need this journal because he ruined me. I can't get myself back to where I was. I'm completely lost because I depended on him so much. I know drives my ex crazy. I'm gonna watch the rest of this video and see. Yes, he will so angry when he's losing control. That's why I always kept the peace around the house. He always told me, if I met someone else to not flaunt it in his face. I feel like he sees that I'm moving on but he's not saying anything. He's just being nicer and doing more for me. I was afraid to move on. I'm terrified. I have plans that he doesn't know about. If he knew about it, he'll try and stop me. He told me to that I need him more than he needs me. He's way up there and I'm way below him. But in my mind I know i'm doing better without him. You and my ex are the same but you're better because you're a fixed narcissists. However I do thank her for my 6 wonderful angels and my life's lessons. I'm now living my best life and loving it. No one to answer to, no need to worry where they are, who there talking to, the subtle put downs, the triangulation, just everything that was toxic towards the end. However I do have some absolutely beautiful and wonderful memories with my ex. And my children. However she has poisoned my only daughter against me. I have 6 boys.
