Pete Watermans stunning new OO gauge model railway at Chester Cathedral 2022

Here’s a preview of the layout as its being commissioned prior to opening on Monday 18th July 2022. This video goes behind the scenes and talks extensively about how the layout will be operated and controlled.
The layout exclusively uses MegaPoints Controllers new “System 2” control system (available end 2022) and features around 200 detected block sections, RFID tags for loco identification and giant mimic panels that the interested public can see.
