Doing just one of these exercises can be helpful.

your "Hip and pelvis rotating together😅 technique of pushing hip open while foot flat on the floor may just save my life?. I hope .... ( i don't know what the hell is wrong with me.. i just know my hip feels sore in certain positions and doesnt have the same range as motion or Wont opening the same as the other side!!! ...

External hip is being rotated
So does this externally or internally rotate hips?
I can only put one of my legs on my other thigh... what do I do to work towards the finger four Bilaterally
I can't do it I have front hip impingement in the right hip

Try doing a banded hip mobilasation check out squat university for more on that
That’s a internal hip impingement this is for external rotation
Wondering why your hips weren’t externally rotated while using the band
While using the strap… the last stretch/exercise ur hips aren’t externally rotated because it’s purpose is strengthening the muscles for hip external rotation while the first 2 are more stretching it

No. You're pushing outwards against the resistance, externally.
Wat if we don’t have a strap? I don’t have one
A belt? A robe tie? Buy a strap or a resistance band?
