Describes how to quickly inspect for damage; shows how to set up properly; ascend and descend safely; and what unsafe practices to avoid. Explains the type of injuries that can occur in a fall from a ladder. Using tripod ladders unsafely can cause serious injury can put orchard workers out of work for a season or forever!
