    Just bought this unit and was sold on the platform and extendable x2 feet which adds height. I'm even more convinced that buying these ladders was the right choice after your review. Nice vid.

    Thank you for the great review Jason, very well done. I have used Henchman products and have always been very impressed with them. The tripod ladder looks particularly useful for cutting large hedges in the garden, far better than the conventional ladder moving everywhere! I am now subscribed to your channel.

    I’ve bought the 8ft adjustable ladders because of your recommendation Jason. I can’t believe how much safer I feel. There also a great height for cleaning bungalow gutters. Can’t believe they fit into my Honda jazz. All the best mate.

    I invested in a shorter version of the Henchman...too old to do the huge stuff you do! I love it: far and away the most stable ladder I have ever used, the platform inspiring the greatest confidence. If anyone is thinking about it, go for it for sure. A great British product.

    Thank you for the honest review Jason. I've had a few people say I should look into a Henchman since doing my TH-cam vids. I've always been a platform fan over ladders but seeing one in action and detail could sway me. Hope you had a good Christmas 👍👍🌱🌱🎄🎄🌿🌿

    all of my henchman ladders are platform ladder i love them. if you get a henchman I don't know why you wouldn't get one without the platform they don't cost too much more and they give a safe more comfortable place to work from.

    Nice review, I have a non-henchman smaller one, fits nicely in the van. I like the henchman as it has the platform at the top, much safer.

    Wow that is cool, I can see how that would be super useful. And the platform is sooooo worth it, probably takes a lot of pressure off your legs and balancing too. Don't know if i could go up there hahahhah eeek

    Great if you're working at platform level. You'll need a bigger van for sure.

      Maybe bigger van one day, but 12 go's on fine, would struggle if it was a 14f lol.

    Great video henchman also sent me a set I chose the 10ft , absolutely love them I do have to agree with u bout the pin on the back leg can be awkward at times , I think it is something to do with extra strength rather than a spring release at like the front legs . But I would recommend them myself very well built and lightweight ladders .

    I’m putting my £’sss together now to get the 12’ version. Is it the best all round hight ? I tried to get the Henchman into BT but the idiots that be fooked me off. Only because of stupidity and ignorance on they’re behalf, but that’s BT hierarchy through and through.

    Hi Great informative video. Have you ever used a Niwaki tripod ladder or one that doesn't have a "platform". If you have which one do you prefer. The henchman with a platform or the normal tripod ladder. Thanks.
    I want to get a 10ft Henchman with platform (profession) or 11ft Niwaki (professional) for work but not sure which to get. Any advice would be great,thanks

      Hi, I also have the 8foot and 10foot workware/hendon non platform tripod ladders too and in all honesty I do favour the non platform, I just seem to get on a little bit better with them 👍

    Hi Jason, really enjoy your videos. I’m about to purchase a tripod ladder & out of interest wondered what size you would have if you could only have one. I’m trying to decide between an 8’ & 10’. Mainly for hedge cutting with a long reach trimmer.

    Hello Jason, quick question; how do you transport your ladder to and from jobs? I want to get one to secure to a car roof rack using a ladder clamp, but will the ladder clamp tighten up if the third tripod leg sticks out?

      That's a very hard question, as do 4 foot hedges to 18+ foot, but for general garden maintenance I would probably go for 10 foot as a dad to day ladder 👍👍.

    Hi I have checked your Video out a few times . I tend to try and do a lot of research before I make a purchase and because of the price I want to get it right . Now my biggest hedge so far is 12ft and I couldn’t decide if I would be better off with the 12ft or go for a 14ft . It’s just if I needed the extra height I would have it with the adjustable legs giving me 3ft extra from a 14ft ladder than a 12ft . If you know what I mean

      The thing to remember with a 12 tripod is the platform is probably 9 feet high, I would suggest 14, just incase.

      @@stevie1529 thanks mate👍, I personally favour the non platform tripods, the platforms are great, but over time, found the platform limits you a little, compared to non platform, if I was going out to buy a tripod tomorrow, it would probably be a 12-14 foot,3 adjustable legs, non platform.

      Hi, the 12 foot henchmen is 470 ish and the km 94 is a cracking machine, it's the biggest kombi I run and it's always got the job done 👍

    How high was that hedge? My hedges are 5.4 metres high, what size would you recommend?

      That hedge was probably 4 metres, you would need 5m/16 foot tripod ladder, is the biggest they do, which might just reach, just

      It doesn't over hang van, yes putting front leg through shrubs is great, makes life a lot easier.
