What you missed was a supplement page for that ring on the hose. I just installed my bagger today and have to try screwing in the hose tomorrow. It wasn’t cooperating, but happy to see you got it to work. Also glad to see it all worked well. Thank you.
I just did the same thing. wanted the bagger more to bag leaves off the tree than grass. So I just put it on, ( trying to beat a storm just like you) Supposed to snow tonight and I wanted to get the leaves off the lawn
The tube assembly can be removed and leave the bagging bracket if you want and thr hitch is available beneath. My mom is using it that way this spring to pull yard trailer around.

How do you just the bag tube off and just mow or put a spreader on it
