    When we make our own smoothies, my husband add Walnuts to it. I kove it because I am not a fan of plain walnuts eaten out of my hand. I do better if I can drink it

    Would matcha lLatte be the same as green tea?

      That's a great question. They are both wonderful but matcha has more polyphenols than green tea because it's much more concentrated. EGCG is one such polyphenol that has been extensively studied as a potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compound. Green tea still is excellent though and far more affordable.

    Hi Joy,
    What do you think of giving focus supplement to kids (7 years old) with mild ADHD? Or if you can recommend anything?

      Hi there! I wouldn't recommend this for kids however, there are lots of other natural health considerations for ADHD in kids. Are you working with a Naturopathic doctor who can help you? That's what I would recommend :)
