To attain this speed(1000 km/hr) the acceleration must be high, high acceleration means high g forces. This is not suitable for heart patients.
Not necessarily acceleration need to be so high, gradually it can attain 1000 kmph speed then at constant velocity G-Force will not affect at all. 😅
