@@StealthVenus2 Persona 1 and 2 let you date dudes, then Persona 3 and 4 didn’t let you, even though if you look in the games code, there are lines for male romances, implying you were supposed to, but Altus said no, then, in Persona 5, not only can you not date dudes, but there seems to be no signs that it was ever considered, and several spin off games have stereotypically flamboyant weirdos, and Altus is a Japanese company, a country that views homosexuality as more of a fetish than a sexuality. So yeah, probably homophobic.

ive always imagined all of the taz characters as griffin wearing various shitty costumes. angus is just griffin walking on his knees with a detective hat. the red robes are griffin wrapped in a sheet that isn't even red. lup is just griffin with a wig. the possibilities are endless

Honestly it seems like it's the opposite, the second you mention the sword you want cursed is "real" it upsets him. He can curse nerf swords no problem, fake swords, imaginary swords and maybe even quantum swords that both do and don't exist at the same time. Just not "real" swords unless you have between $200-300 and want to hear him moan about it.

I like to think that he's just a very reputation-conscious enchanter and the idea of *cursing* a *real sword* that people might actually use is preying on his conscience - since, after all, no-one would ask for a real sword to be cursed unless they were then planning on *giving* that sword to somebody that they may fall afoul of the curse.

For anyone who wants to know, here is how to curse a real sword. Forge the sword with depleted uranium. This will greatly increase the hardness and thus armor piercing quality of the sword while slowly killing you horribly for being near it. Real cursed sword.
I was thinking like, build a taser within the hilt of the sword and have it connected to the hilt and on the sword so the moment you grab it to swing; your tased but the blade is charged with that same shock

the first time I watched this I had not listened to taz and I was a wee bit confused at Griffin turning into a wizard catboy.

Maybe by explaining the process of cursing a real sword? I'm really not sure, especially since Justin pretty clearly telegraphed that he was shifting the bit into "I'm a magic shop owner and you're a customer"

I choose to believe that Justin was cursed so that whenever someone asks him that specific question he gets a stomache ache, and it only gets worse the more people ask him; but part of the curse is that he can't answer the question directly.

When you think about it, a curse can just be an enchantment but on the hilt and not the blade. Fire curse? Flaming blade but it sets hand on fire. Pain? Sharpening enchantments but when you go to grab the handle, ouchie, that hurted. The possibilities are endless.
Taako would know how to curse a real sword... if only he were here.

I read somewhere in the fandom that every photo of Travis is cursed (while every photo of Justin is blessed and every photo of Griffin instills a vague sense of unease). So...if you got a bunch of photos of Travis perhaps you could like...transfer the curse from them to the sword. Like take the sword and put in a chest with...I dunno like 13? cursed photos of Travis and then bury it for...what probably a year and a day? That should do it.
