    Hi,
For some reason, I can't get my knuckles to hit the bag through the boxing gloves, could it be that the gloves are faulty? When I try to use the knuckles the yellow color on your blue gloves hits the bag. Do you know what I mean.

It makes a marking appear on the video and for us easier to navigate through it. You can put your own video marks and then just type the timings there as well.

Bought your training plan a couple of years ago, getting back into it now. Doing the "SP1" section I managed to injure a wrist as it's all about power and I didn't bother with wraps. Now I will! Do you think the left hook should be with thumb up or down - as in which is the least injury prone ? Thanks for the great video
