Yes insulated the inside but it wasn't enough.. and the paint was baking... so thought best to go white on the roof... also noticed that on the news today as well... also do recommend to customers lighter colours if south facing.. I think if over 30 degrees best to stop work and chill.. not to bad if we could acclimatize but we never get the chance.. got myself a water bottle with a flip lid.. best thing I've ever got... cheers Marc and hope you can take it easy.. 👍👍

They actually sell a silver coating especially for this task, on comercial roofs they often are coated. You've probably increased the life of your shed felt by a significant percentage.
