I agree. I'm looking to sell as much as possible.. currently in a masterplanned in S. Houston and I don't like the huge property taxes. Houston is very ugly but there are pockets of nice areas esp the planned communities. I moved back here after living in another state because I missed the rain.
Great job, you are correct on all points! There are many reasons I am here, but the closest state that I know of that would be better would be Tennessee, as it has NO state income tax, better weather, more beauty and lower property taxes..... but I'll stay here for now! Thank you!
I love it. You are telling the truth about Houston. It is as simple as telling the truth about Houston. I would like to know what triggered the high home prices ? As you mentioned, Houston did not have high home prices before. Why did that happened? Do you know?
Hello- the lower interest rates during the pandemic allowed a lot of people to enter the market and there was not enough home inventory to meet the demand of new buyers causing home prices and competition to go up.
@@Annunakieden I actually agree about the roaches assuming you’re talking about Houston. Most apartments even so called luxury apartments are either flat out infested or at least have some roach issues and not even the little German ones. Huge tree roaches that look like they’re on steroids the size of my thumb. I’ve even looked at houses and seen them all over the floors in some houses.
Great video for either the pros and cons side. Why are property taxes so high in Cypress? I just signed contract for Parkland Village section w MI Homes. Thoughts?

The only thing I hate about it is that too many people are moving here.
Solid video 👌🏿

Ok. I’ll be honestly looking into Memphis now.

I'm still contemplating if I should stay in So Cal or move to the Houston area.
To many roaches you been warned, I think I’m going to move again, that shit bothers me

I think Houston is beautiful for what it can effort, it’s a big city and can have side to side differences
