The identical home to ours 2 houses down across the street in Jersey Village, both are 8 years old, was listed at $355k. Last month my realtor said they could list ours at $375k but I was under the weather so we postponed it a month. But suddenly the $355k home sold in two days for full price. Harris County has their home and ours appraised at $377k. The only difference is there’s apartments behind across the street and it has a white theme kitchen. We have no rear neighbors and we have a black themed kitchen. So another home in our area was just put up for sale. We’ve repainted the entire inside plus new flooring in two bedrooms. My wife keeps an immaculate home. We’d like to also offer some of the furniture into the price. As we’re moving 2000 miles

I listed my renal 2 months ago, only took 4 days and had 7 offers. Sold 11k above asking. Still a sellers market. 😅

@@viperv99 yep if it’s priced right and in a high demand area it will still go quickly.

When saying “30% more”, do you mean whole Houston area or just suburb or just several zip codes?
