2 bananas (mash)
1 cup of milk
3 tbsp of sugar
4-5 drops of vanilla extract
3/4 cup flour/maida
mix
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
salt to taste
1 tbsp of butter/oil
*optional* dash of cinnamon
mix and enjoy
Can we skip baking powder?
Yes, but it will not turn as fluffy as you want
You can also add wheat flour (atta) instead of maida

Like comment is full of suggestions. People these days are very conscious about their health. I think we can add cardamom powder instead of vanilla essence. May be vanilla essence gives the feel of cake instead of pancakes.

You can actually just mix bannana , chapati flour (wheat flour) instead of maida also . And add egg , sugar and milk. It'll taste as yummy try it.

What all to take care before and during the flip of the pancake?
I do not have non-stick pan.
Put some butter on the tawa before pouring the batter. I use cast iron tawa and it doesn't stick.
AlWays cook on low flame and flip it after you see the sides cooked😊
