      Baar baar pair mudna isliye hota hai kyuki chot ke karan ankle ka balance kharab ho jata hai, sujan, dard kam hone ke baad aap strengthening exercises kro jisse muscles mai takat aaye aur Balancing exercises kro usse balance sudhrega to baar baar apko samasya nhi aayegi👍🏻

      In exercises ko kro... Ankle sprain mai joint ki kai baar stability kam ho jati hai, in exercises ko kro, sath hi balancing exercises bhi kro jaise single leg standing, single leg par khade rehkar ball catch krna, toes pe walk krna, heel par walk krna(about 20 steps), etc. Jb pain ho tab exercises ko avoid krein.
      Aur ankle mai stiffness ho to link mai jo video hai un exercises ko bhi add krdein👍🏻

      Regular physiotherapy treatment karaiye, diagnose sahi nhi hua to vapas se ek baar check karae, aur video mai jo exercises hain unko aap physiotherapist se advice leke apke condition ko agar suit krte hain to jarur kijiye, isse ankle ki stability improve hogi👍🏻

      If the swelling is due to sprain, then apply icing, rest and use crepe bandage for 3-4 days, it will be fine, but if the reason is something else, i would advice you to see a doctor👍🏻

      Take rest, crepe bandage bandh ke rakho, har 2 ghante mai icing kro and you can take anti inflammatory medicine , that's the only way to deal with it in just two days

      Phle apko rest krna hai, icing kro din mai 3-4 baar 15-20 minute, crepe bandage (garam patti) bhi bandh sakte ho, ye krne se apka dard aur sujan yadi hai to kam ho jaegi, fir video mai ho exercises hain unko aap kre isse apke jo muscles moch ke karan kamjor hue honge wo vapas se strong honge aur aage firse moch aane ke chances kam ho jaenge.

      @@FITPHYSIOPLATFORM nahi sir firse kuch vi nahi hua...pahale dard us jaga se thori ghat gayi thi...thoda bohot chal fir leta tha..lekin 20 - 25 dine mein wapas pata nahi us jaga mein jawa ligament injured hain wapas dard aa gayi hain...avi chalne firne mein taklif hoti hain sir

    12 din pahle...Sir mere ankle sprain ho gya ... Me khada tha ... Per ghuma aur me gir gya... Uske bad 10 min. Walk bhi ki... Dusre din chla nhi ja rha tha... Doctor ne 7 din ka plaster kiya .... Ab khol diya... Ab ankle ke pas thanda sa lgta hai...kabhi kabhi...hlka dard hota hai kabhi kabhi.... Chal nhi pata hu.... Exercise kab suru karu .... please reply

      Ghutne ke upar quadriceps muscle ka strain ho sakta hai.... Icing kro din mai 3-4 baar 15-20 minute towel ya kpde mai lapetkar... 2-3 din mai araam ho jayega 👍🏻 thigh bone strong hoti hai, itne jaldi tutne ke chance bhut kam hain.. So don't worry
