    So heavy my man 💪😎 just like Father Z...I saw BLS twice,one show was Ozzy & friends,it was outdoors,big stage etc...and another one was was smaller club and man,Zakk's guitars sounded heavy AF,like there was concrete mixer truck on the stage! So awesome!

    Euge, I posted a few vids back about the JVM and wow so happy I got one! Your advice was spot on as well!! Then looked you up, just because I like you’re style and also how you come across... then found out you were in “Lullacry”... alright tonight has some serious feels for me I couldn’t believe it!!! You’re such a legend

      Oh cool! Glad to hear!
      I wasn’t actually in the band but played every now & then with them (live & studio) since they’re great friends of mine and especially the guitarist / main song writer Sami 👌. And they were indeed a great band too! 😎

    Hi Euge!
    You are correct, the Zakk Wylde Wah is very closely based on the Hendrix Wah.
    The values of the important components are identical (tone shaping caps and resistors)
    They are just from another material i think.
    Also the Wylde Wah uses a red Fasel inductor. i think there are some Hendrix Wahs with yellow Fasel inductors and some with red ones.

      @@EugeValovirta230V No problem Euge. There are a few sites where you can get infos on modding CryBabys to make them sound a certain way or adding useability, like adding status LED and true Bypass. I did this with one, and it got really close to my ZW45. Especially since they're not manufactured anymore its a cheap way to get the tone.

    • @EugeValovirta230V
      @EugeValovirta230V  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It depends what you want to hear, what is the key of the song, the scale you’re using etc. But basically it’s just whatever sounds good & right to you for that particular part etc. like playing in general. The notes we play define us as players and we all sound different and have (hopefully) our own sound & ways of playing. If it sounds good it’s good.

      I have no idea 😎. I guess there’s a reason why JCM800s cost what they cost 👌.
      But basically you’d at least need high output humbucker pickups like the active EMGs I’m using, a chorus pedal and a tube screamer style overdrive like the one I’m using in the video 👍

      No equipment. You just record one guitar take to one track and then do it again to another track and then just pan the takes left & right 👌. Well obviously you need to have a DAW or old school tape recorder & mixer to do that 😊.

      Obviously there is ’cos the songs are in different keys etc. but it’s mostly basic pentatonics, some diatonic modes every once in a while and his usual licks (which we all have) what he uses the most 😎.

    • @EugeValovirta230V
      @EugeValovirta230V  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don’t remember how they were but probably lots of presence & lows, mids & highs high enough, master cranked so that the power tubes are starting to work and preamp pretty much cranked 👌. I find the sweet spots on everything ’cos the sound comes from the player and amplifier amplifies that and ads it’s tonality 😎👌. Here’s a video if you’re interested:
