- GOT A MESSAGE FROM MY FRIEND THAT THERE'S A STARLET AT THE JUNKYARD. WENT DOWN THERE AND THERE WAS SO MANY PARTS LEFT ON IT THAT I COULD USE SO I SPENT A FEW HOURS TAKING OFF WHAT I NEEDED.

Everything is so rust free and usable i wanted a lot out of it
the front brakes looks like AE86 pads and rotors. that means it has to have at least ae86 spindle and brake pad holder and maybe whole struts :D

I used to work at a junkyard place exactly like that & it'd be so shocking seeing these classic jdm cars come in. Used to make me sad when I'd see first gen mr2's, 240's etc lol. Glad to see you got some parts for the Scarlet 🤘🏼 keep up with the good content bro, I enjoy ur vids

Hah I saw that starlet in the yard! I got to it before you too. I took the mirrors off and pulled the stock tool kit cause I knew I was going to own a Starlet someday. Ended up putting them back cause I didn't know when I'd be able to use them. Glad someone was able to get it. I just bought an 83 last weekend.

the heater core, the condenser, the instrument cluster plastic parts and the windows mechanism. hahaha dude it's a long list, I am glad to see you scrapped good parts from that Starlet it had no rust like most of them out there, mine is all corroded from the bottom. but i'm working on it tho. I'll share a video response once I complete some work on it, in the mean time cheers to you! keep the videos coming! :D

+dsworks thank you! My KP never came with the the Toyota tool bag or jack so that was a score. Really sad to see his KP in the junkyard :( it would've been an awesome car to fix up and cruise.
did you have the original tools for the KP? it will be cool to have it, because it have engraving of the toyota logo on every single tools in it. i have the set for my KE70.
by the way, i'm curious. is it possible to buy the car from the junkyard and register to be road legal once it have been fix up?

Yeah they are still around, in my town there are 2 or 3 pretty mint Starlet's both 3 doors so even rarer! I love my starlet, it's an 83 face-lift model, with a 20V 4age and T50 trans, with an AE86 rear differential with TRD LSD and it's a Rally Car!
awesome! One bit of constructive criticism would be to maybe cut put the bits where you are adjusting camera etc and bits where you aren't talking so much. Just makes it a bit cleaner and more fluid, may hold peoples attention a bit better!
