I believe the rules also mention to remove 1 of the heroes at random at the start, then each player takes 1 at random and then the draft starts. As far as I see, it is not needed to reveal the random heroes you get during draft, making the draft more interesting.

You forgot to place an elemental in the central location at the beginning of the game for the 2nd player.🙂
