Hi. Thanks for your videos. I have a 2020 Forester and am about to remove the back seat soon to convert the inside. What tools did you find you need for removal besides the drill? What size are the bolts when you say "there's 2 twelves here" right before removing them? Trying to make sure I have the right tools on hand. Thanks for any information.
Did you disconnect the battery before you removed the seats? I'm looking to do the same thing but I didn't want to trigger any airbag sensors or cause one to go off. Thanks!
Got a bad passenger Seat SRS Airbag sensor in my 2015 Forester. - Dealership wanted $1200 to replace the front seat bottom. Was looking online... I can replace the whole darn cloth seat myself for $250. That got me thinking... I could replace all the cloth seats with lightly used gray leather for less than $1000. Our cloth seats are looking a little gross after 150k miles with kids spilling stuff in the back etc. Seems like a good afternoon project. we'll see.
Huge help!! There are so many videos that just cover the bottom cushion, thank you.
Thank you for making these videos
Can you do a video of how to remove the rear quarter trim panel right next to the rear seats? Much appreciated!
THANK YOU ... THANK YOU... THANK YOU!

12 as is 12mm
What do you do about the cable attached to the seats? They seem like the quick release lever cables.

Is it the same process if you have the quick release buttons in the trunk to fold down the seats?

You may need to have the passanGer seat occupancy sensor recalibrated but yes it will work
How do you replace? You only show removal
