Do you use Reference Charts or Wikis in your business? If so, what are your favorite (EASY!) tools you'd recommend others create?
Process-building does not need to be overwhelming!

I love your videos, they’re super helpful. What was the reason you moved away from documents please? And where is the video on that? Thanks

Yay, we're always glad to hear that! Here's the video on that, which will answer your other question. Enjoy!

Can you go over your audio setup? That’s a serious mic you have. And it sounds so good!!

Aw thanks Matthew! Still working out the kinks, but it’s a Shure SM7B + Scarlett + Cloudlifter. Links and the full gear list are all at processdriven.co/hub

Hello Layla, first I want to thank you for the great content. I would like to know if there are differences between Slack and ClickUp. Do they complement each other or should I just choose one of them? Do they have the same proposal?

Slack and ClickUp are for different purposes - they would complement each other depending on what you need. :) Slack is communication tool, ClickUp is PM tool

@@pamelliott6825 is spot-on! They're very different categories of tool. However, I've seen quite a few folks recreate Slack (in a simplistic way) using ClickUp Tasks as "Channels". We'll have a video coming out about within a few weeks, if my memory serves! :)
