- The Jeep has been lifted, which means the brake lines should be lengthened - Makes sense, right? We don't want our factory brake lines to get stretched out while flexing on the trail, so extended stainless steel brake lines were installed and it was pretty easy. Now we have peace of mind, added strength and arguable a better pedal feel! This procedure will be pretty similar across all brands making these kits. Great video. I ordered the same lines (through your video) and made the mistake of opening the package when I was in the middle of a brake job. Missing crush washers and the lines looked TOTALLY different than in the photo on Amazon and yours. They had these thick stainless brackets attached that would not come off. Really disappointed and sending back. Afraid to try again with this brand so may go with another. Did a full powerstop upgrade and had to keep the old lines for now.

@@RubiconUnlimited no idea. Ordered a different brand and for them today. Fantastic. Everything there and a note in the box saying checked and packed by…. They got it right lol
I think the flange to connect the stainless steel break line to the vehicle's supply line is upside down. That might be why it didn't connect smoothly requiring a minor bend to the vehicle's break supply line.

Great video, it appears you just bled the last installed break. Did you do all four or just the last one? I just got a set, so hoping these fix my seized caliper issue as I read on forums!

So far so good! Pedal feel does not change a whole lot though

Brakes feel more stiff? I’m about to tackle this myself. I’m hoping to gain a stiffer pedal feel in addition to lengthening the lines

Hi, I really enjoy your videos. How do you like your lift and the Falcon shocks? I've been upgrading in the same order as you and am on the fence between the Teraflex 2.5 and 3 inch lift. What do you think?
I realllllllllly like my lift rides great! Huge improvement from my tired stock setup. I went with 3 because it provides more room to grow into if I ever go with larger tires. Let me know what you end up with and thanks for watching
