I hate disappointing everyone. But none of Winterthur's footage really shows Winterthur. I think it's a shame that stock material was used. The town itself is beautiful and surrounded by forested hills (no mountains as in the footage).

Switzerland may be neutral, but it is certainly closer to Europe because Switzerland does not belong to the EU but has various agreements to open borders from the EU for better transport of people, goods, etc. simply a better economy.
