Very good, I understand balanced, for the body, now, why it is so important.. tell me more ,balance in body ,...... balance with the universe, .... its..it's... when I ride a horse... we must be in balance together, I must match my body with his movements, with his gate so you are not bouncing all over his back, eventually you will fall off, or your body gets tired very fast from not rolling with his strides. I have rode a horse so long now it just comes naturally to sit and move with him, I don't think about it, it took many years to relax and keep movements and just the right muscle tension in the body.... for balance! I get it finally I get it!

When I do yoga I go through this geometric process and connecting with the universe. Its so amazing the way you deliver the speech. My mind runs these thoughts of connecting with the wider geometry.

Now there's clarity and understanding regarding the importance of postures and alignment in our YOGIC CULTURE...
🌻Some of the DEVI images are in the yogic posture as described by you...
🌻DAKSHINA MOORTY image will be the same as described by you..
🌻Like God AYYAPPA is in one yogic posture...
🌻Shirdi SAIBABA in one yogic posture...
Everything is a LEARNING LESSON when we see those images...
    Thank you very much..
    🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

This is so true and so real, living in the moment is very hard, What he is saying might sound real, but to perform this on a regular basis it is quiet tough. I tried many different ways, the fear is the one which is holding us up to do anything different in life, People are fearful which turns out to be laziness to hide their fear from others, Some of them don't even want to talk about it. Because all they foresee is the past hurt and the possibility of a future one. What will happen if I slip in my bathroom, what will happen if a car hits me, what will happen if I lose my job. what will happen if I lose my family, my girlfriend... my.. my.. my... we are stuck with this "what will happen stuff" this is the driver for the fear within us, this uncertainty is driving us nuts. I am not saying to conquer this fear, all it takes is to sit and think, even the worst of worst would ever happen to us, what will be the result of such a situation. In the past I have been hurt, I have been in an accident, I was in the surgery all these things passed away and I am still alive... the worst that can happen to me is I will experience this pain and this fear all over again, But soon after the universe will come to smoothen my pains, the universe will send an angel to take care of me, I am not talking about a beautiful woman or a man on the horse to come rescue me... a person who will heal all our pains. It has happened to me over and over.. looking back a year ago and see how many people have hurt me and taken advantage of me, the universe has send that many angels to help me, to make me feel that there is someone watching over me.. Just this belief alone can make us understand some of the fears which we are facing... all it takes is just this believe.. and this is hard to put into practice especially when we are living in a chaotic world.. Love Sadhguru 💚

We should reference the physicality of the postures as asanas or hatha yoga. Yoga is a more complex process that just the exercise don't embrace.

Every religion is connected in many ways. I think at the beginning we were one religion but the change of geography created different interpretations

It's not remotely connected. He said touch your ankle in muladhar, during namaz muladhar is not touched. So you are doing classical taquia.

Hi, I saw your comment and I propose you learn the muscles around your leg. Strengthen them, stretch them, and you will see progress through the months. I had the same issue and I had to learn to heal myself with consistency and little by little your body will learn to push through to your end goal. But it takes alot of time and patience. I'm almost a year later and I can squat and sit in ways I never use to but I had to keep going through disappointment and my own mental struggle.
