Always seems to me that the people who deserve negative karma the most are the ones who don’t get it. I’ve watched the same person use, abuse, and destroy ppl to get what he wants and he gets it, then moves onto the next victim. He’s very happy at 68. I get instant karma for the smallest things. Go figure. I’m thinking karma is selective.

Same here. My fil is an abusive asshole. Hes 59 or something and swears really foul swears to all the women and girls in the house like put lipstick on your pussies you slags. He gives me anxiety so i walked out ive had enough of him and his fake manipulative ways. That im taking it into my own hands. Karma has not touched him bullshit theory.
I know right!! I’m living with someone like that who pelts stones at others to fulfil the void inside. They hurt people, assassinate their character call them names, use their authority and age to control those innocent people and yet they live a 100 years without shedding a single tear! Is karma selective or does God give a blind eye to them? How much I wish this nightmare ends!

yes forgivness is important. I can't believe people hold grudges for long time, that make ur heart sick. You can't stop thinking about if u start thinking negetive. So I think it is better to highlight good things in the life. For my channel also people criticize, but I think I am not making my kid working. I like to show people that my kid is so lovable by us, and in this way also I try to spend time with my son in this busy world. Sadguru ji, I am trying my best to teach many things to my son, specially save earth save soil.

I thought i could never forgive someone who had done a series and not just one action against me over and over. I had wish the worst for him but then I forgive him and I gradually felt better. I never forget but I made my feelings better
I wish i know this early because I have this kind of impact right now and the wonder I have some mental problems like sensitive to sounds.

I have had a hard time forgiving others and I do mentally wish harm to befall them (but not random people but people who have used me, greatly disrespected or hurt me deeply). I try to forgive and just tell myself lesson learned and don’t spend time with these people etc but you can’t always stay away from certain family members. Sometimes I really have to not think of the wrong they have done to me and have to distract myself to do other things because the family I trusted betrayed me very badly. I will keep trying to not think this way and be compassionate Bc I know it only poisons my own soul but it’s hard to let go of that bitterness but I will keep trying. No one is perfect and thank you for explaining all this to us. It is a struggle.

Yes I also am challenged likewise. I find it helpful to practice self inquiry when I am able to step back and give myself time and say, "Who is this one who has been disrespected?" "Who is this one who has been offended". And I recall the admonition of Jesus:
“But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you," Luke 6:27
In this way the emptiness of the personality ego self is penetrated and shown to be non existent. This is not easy, for it is an ego death, but with the death comes the resurrection. The sun rises and sets upon the "good and evil" alike and I am ONE with my brother even if he is ignorant of this. For me to react with anger, hatred, or judgment shows I have no understanding and believe his way (act and react endlessly) is correct. The ego self does not give up easily and will do anything to avoid this door from being seen for it is our liberation and its fear. The personality/ego will not disappear while we are here in form but it fears it will. It must assume its rightful place as a servant of the self and more so a servant of the higher self and then things are much easier as this is our true nature.
Buddy I know it's really hard and easier said than done at times but you want your heart to be as light as feather and this is why I find it better to forgive. In my case, I find it easier to forgive than forget but I try to forget as soon as I take the message from the wrongdoing inflicted on me so that I don't stay in the past and try to live in the moment moving forward. Just because you forgive someone doesn't necessarily mean you can't stay away from them and keep your distance or even choose to never see them again. The most important thing to do is speak your mind but use choice words not to inflict damage but to let them know how you really feel.
Again much easier said than done but for the sake of your mind and spirit being at ease it's gotta be done. Trust that it all pays off in the end.

I was a fool and immature when I released powerful negative energy. There is no reverse to the damage I have done, and I regret my past thoughts. I feel like I have done alots of damage to peoples..
Ive sent bad energy to people around me, that had sent me bad energy, and its people i could not avoid. In many ways i feel i was justified, because it tires me to have to absorve their suffering. People use me like a rubbish bin for their negative emotions and i hate it.
The bad part is that it's sucking away your energy. I've been doing the same although I know better. It's hard to do the right thing when we get hurt.

I would like to believe in karma and what goes around comes around, but from my experience most evil people have no conscience and only think of themselves and what they can get from other people, the best that you can do is just avoid those people and save yourself from the stress that they can cause you.
When I was a young child I once said to my mother that I am scared of ghosts, she wisely said "Don't worry about ghosts they won't hurt you, it's people that can hurt you", that has proven to be true in my life.

I got the worst Karma by taking action and not knowing what energy was mine and what wasn't. I almost died
I wished harm on someone when I was young and dumb. I felt horrible when it came about. I'm much older now and have a person that is causing strife in my life, I fight myself to not wish him dead. Ain't easy.
You can only do harm to yourself not him. You are in lower vibration of energy and you only attract really bad things into you life.
Start forgiving as hate can truly destroy your life.
Life is a journey, go into meditation and try to understand what lesson you were meant to get from this hardship as things can get better 🙏.

To conquer darkness you have to understand it, rather than pretend it doesn't exist in you or others. The path to hell is paved with good intentions, and acting on ignorance is sure to lead to trouble. It's better to understand the dark and light of conflict than to avoid and pretend it will never happen because you have no idea what darkness hides until you find it. It is better to be a warrior in a garden, than a gardner in a war, but only if you have conquered yourself. To see darkness beyond its blinding factor is to understand its polarities to light. And to acknowledge its natural forms. Only by truly understanding the nature, nurture, and eminance of darkness can you conquer it with light for the two will always imply each other and are forever human aspects and experiences that we share. It's amazing how our brains have formed cultures around ideas that create chemical reactions which we have deep connections to and facilitate good and bad actions in the world. Something impervious to time which embodies its inevitabilities of good and bad outcomes sees it as their wear and fabric rather than as a doomed fate. Perhaps that's the power of the present, should we chose to wear the outcome of our worries, our past, or our successes? To a transcendent eminance all three states of past, present, future are wrapped and guided around its forms like a fabric of reality as its outstreched arms, legs, and motions guide it. Who is to bear its reflection and to what contrast and in what form? Could the act of asking from the universe be the birth of our culture, and the embodiment of the shattered yet unified individual lives and perspectives experiencing it from their own lives? If there's too much light you can not see if there's too much darkness you can not see. What is seeing? Contrasting. What is the universe doing with human beings? Looking at itself. Contrasting itself with people.

As I retire each evening, I ponder the pleasing experiences I will have tomorrow.
As I arise each morning, I anticipate these pleasant surprises that are instore for me.
“I realize my place that I am to fill, as something that I must do, and which no one else can do”.
I radiate love, perfect health and prosperity. In turn, I receive love, perfect health and prosperity.

That last part also was a surprise to me. All of a sudden he talked about improving being bad. ...ähm, alright?!
I have thought this one through once. My take on this is that you shall help if somebody wants to be helped, but for the most part one shouldn't interfere with others because they are on their own way.
Maby its like ur broke but I have a job for u, u sell my drugs. Now yes he.has.money but has to do bad.things.and u set.him up for.that so he and you wil feel karma. U.didny intend to realy help him, you.just wanted somebody to.do the dirty work.

To completely understand what he means to say, must first take away the words "good" or "bad" Karma. By saving, healing, helping others, you gather Karma. The more energy you put in your help, the more heavy this Karma will become. If you save someones life or heal someone and you do not want to load this Karma on your shoulders, ALWAYS make sure that not you helped this person but god helped this person through you and you just allowed god to speak through you. That means, you do not get attached to this person or your action, you do not feed your ego with it. Maybe you know that Jesus never thought himself a healer. He always knew, it was god who helped, not he🙏 Jesus just allowed god's will to happen through him. Maybe i could bring a little light on this confusing expression of "bad Karma"

Yes everyone does know it is bad to do bad magic, however saying that there are still worse evils in the world than black magic, like the causing the suffering of animals, abuse of children, the absolute worst is sexuality abuse, human trafficing, holding another human back from processing in life, this is why black magic is wrong with cos you have no right, to change the course of someone else's life you are not God. But also if you stop someone from say progressing at work when they are hard working by spreading rumors about them, modern slavery is worst that back magic, then you abuse, dehumanize and oppress and suppress another soul it is worst that any kind on black magic. I think in my opinion, it is the sin or all sins.

I’m a healer and all he said is not to do it if you’re still capable of anger. Which is not possible until you reached the enlightenment. But he didn’t mention why exactly it’s bad if your purpose is to heal only.
Yes, I thought the same thing as you, even so I am confused.... not to heal if you still have the ability to anger is confusing because it's a human emotion to anger, being enlightened is a whole other level but in the end your still human so idk.. example if your enlightened and see all the evil going g on in the world wouldn't the person feel some sort of anger a tiny bit at least or if that person witnessed something that happened bad what feeling would she or he have I'd be upset being the least... so we can't try to help another with prayer using our energy to pray over someone? I'm def not understanding here... 😢

If only to understand karma is so simple, than we don't need teachings. Gurus been teaching the workings of karma for ever so long yet we still trying to fully comprehend, yet when its explained; we doubt. We should slow down & give time to understand. Tq for teaching!
That's why you must avoid thoughts of hate and anger. You might be doing it unknowingly. But for all it is, try to walk a clean path and do clean things.
What about a love spell that is directed at nobody, just the cosmos with an intent to find love?

Is Sadhguru truly saying that “healing” someone energetically or sending positive energy to help someone is bad for our karma if coming from the right place with a loving heart toward all people as divine mother ?
I had exactly the same question watching the video. Maybe someone can bring some light into this? My take on this: The truth is we are holy children of god. We are dreaming that we are humans in physical body. This is an illusion. When we try to fix or heal somebody we fall into this trap. Because what you see with your eyes is not real. You can not heal something which doesn't even exist. There are no sick humans. We are one with god and in god there is no disease. This is the ultimate truth. We can only shine light on others. We have to affirm the light in others. But we have to heal ourselfs with help of the presence of god.
You guide someone on the path yet you cannot walk the path for them. Giving someone the tools and doing the work for them are 2 different things.
Everything is karma. Healing someone might seem like a good thing, but healing someone who is meant to LEARN from their illness or is paying karma off thereby is in fact meddling in something you should not be messing with. Would you be willing to take their affliction upon yourself so they might be relieved of it? if your answer is no, then maybe you should stay clear of interfering.. Even Shri Ramakrishna, the holiest of men, took the afflictions of others on himself and suffered terribly as a result. I was interested to note that not even he, with all his austerities and holiness, could negate the karma of others. If a great saint like Ramakrishna could not evade karma, then how do _you_ expect to be able to do so?

He's probably saying, It's not good to Heal someone with your positive energy when the energy inside you is easily influenced by the materialistic world. Unless you master your own energy inside you so that it can't anyway turn negative inside you even when very bad things happen to you. Because it'll have an impact on both of you.
