amazing to see how many young people are inclined to know and learn about these aspects of life, really this way of living and teaching is very much needed .only technological and scientific development without installing values for own life and other lives around with spiritual process, will lead to stress, depression and destruction of life.

How does someone who looks so young project such serenity and maturity? It would be nice to know a little more about the participants , their backgrounds, how they chose to be there, how they were selected. Either way, the whole setup looks heavenly. Even though my current surroundings couldn't be further removed from that, just watching these videos gives me peace and strength
M right now doing inner engineering n u won't believe I was at the verge of suicide but thought to gv myself a last chance to make worth of this life n in 3days I m 50% changed person inside. Ur video clarified me many doubts will do other courses too. I humbly request all human culture to go n imbibe this knowledge n walk on this path n will make wonder in our life.

Wonderful! Planning to do the program too as soon as possible.
Now I am 51 years running. Already I have sugar and BP. Every there months, I will check up blood sugar, lever functioning, creatine(kidney function test). Each and every thing will be normal values. Because, every day, I spare one hour same exercises. But, some times I will eat also sweets. Till now, I have no problem. Always, compare to walking, I will show more interest on yoga and meditation
He has gone for learning but looks like he has been doing those aasna for years.

Isha is a volunteer run organization , come, learn and spread in your countries. This knowledge had emerged from our joint heritage , probably should have been taught in our schools.

If you want to teach in Pakistan,do it at your own risk because of the probability of the extremist groups violent attacks.
