Can you tell me a state where insurance is still valid? Last time I checked it’s disappearing from many states looking for fire, flood, and hurricane insurance or am I grossly wrong on all this?
@@louisgutierrez4294 I have forced insurance that ONLY covers the house… not the belongings or anything else. Just because of a guest house that’s not even close by on 21/2 acres of land that I have is needed a roof. When I bought the house it was considered a shed. So AAA canceled me 3 months later.
@@georginamoreno345 I’m so sorry for that and same I have family in Florida and Arizona that bought houses in the last few years who are unable to find any kind of insurance to help them my point was insurance as a whole feels like a scam since in many states they are not fighting to hold these companies accountable for when they leave the state over these kinds of situations
They aren’t scammers once California stopped trying to prevent wildfires they have allowed environmentalists and stupid politicians to stop these practices
The state has no money and will keep extending and delaying any type of payments. If you work for any county in California, you will know exactly what I am taking about.
Insurance companies gave warnings for years to California this disaster was matter of small fires and heavy winds that caused this to grow into non stop fires they knew this would happen because government didn’t cut those trees
Thank god. Insurance will b held accountable. Now mayor needs to lift limit to permits for burn area restructures. And praying gibson design build is acquired by his many clients in pacific palisades he has worked for for 14 years. ❤❤❤❤❤
We can count on fire insurance being dropped statewide.

This only means we will all pay for this fire loss. They will either dbl our insurance rates or do a “ special tax” like Florida did after hurricanes
