I have a solution. This happened to me around a month ago and basically, you need to restart ur ipad by holding down on the on/off button and home button at the same time. It worked for me and if it doesn’t work for you then idk, you did something wrong (this only works for ipads with home buttons, im not sure abt ipads w/o home buttons)

When you see the turn off button don’t let go keep holding it till it is black then let go and then wait 5 sec and then click the home button and the turn off that’s how I did jt

My iPad got fingerprints and dirty stuff on the screen and keeps not working when the screen touches crazy like that weird ghost touches, but my iPad does not have ghost touches except for the old green one that has ghost touches, but only my new iPad sometimes it does not work to touch because it’s dirty and dusty makes it glitch touching on my iPad screen.
