Would've started sooner if ya do it right.
Prime, doesn't really matter how many pumps because this isn't putting fuel into the cylinder. The Fuel travels from the tank, to the carb, to the primer bulb, back to the tank. There is a tiny reservoir of fuel in the carb that the primer bulb simply ensures is full.
    Full choke.
Pull until it turns over at all on its own.
    Half choke.
Pull again, it should run immediately.
Choke off after 15 seconds. Running on half choke makes the engine run rich, which will flood it and can result in a hydrolock.
Never full throttle within 45 seconds of startup, unless you enjoy doing "How to replace piston rings" videos.

@n085fs 🤣 Lol! That's all very helpful information! It stopped running because the fuel line was busted inside the gas tank in several pieces. Plus, the bulb was bad. We probably could have cleaned the carb no problem, but for 16 bucks, we just did the replacement and got all new parts. It's running perfectly now 👌. Thanks for the outlined instructions that will be extremely helpful for everyone!

Also maybe died with choke off and throttle because the “airbox” and filter were off which could’ve helped suck in more fuel

Yeah, once I reassembled and adjusted the carburetor, it solved the issue. It runs perfectly now with zero issues. 👌 🤙
