    You can also add conditioner to the mixture. My hair routine is strictly Ayurvedic and my hair is thriving! Thicker, my scalp is healthy and my hair is growing.

    Hi there, love your video. I think you would get better results spreading it by adding more water to the mixture. It's kinda thick. I'm just sharing because it happend to me but when I added more water it went on the hair smoother. Keep up the good work, love your results!

    • @jessicahensonspeaks
      @jessicahensonspeaks  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I like to spray water on my hair and apply it that way bc it’s a little less messy in my opinion. But I do add water to smooth it into the hair shaft. But it’s a great mixture! I love using it. And thank you for watching!

    I tried the amla hair mask and lemme just say I was blown away,I mixed it with hot water and olive oil.. my hair felt detangled,super soft and moisturised and there was a stretch to it almost as if I had done a blowout,watching this vid confirms that the amla powder did that😄I just kept running my fingers in my hair lol
    Do you wash it out with cold water or warm water ?

    • @jessicahensonspeaks
      @jessicahensonspeaks  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Ohhh I love that for you!! Amla is truly amazing. I washed it out with warm water, but I do understand cold/cool water helps to close the cuticle back up.
