      Julien: “what if someone walks up to you on the street and spits on you, are you gonna get angry?”
      Me instantly thinking: I mean…. I wouldnt be mad per day….just say “hey asshole, you got a problem? Next time just tell me to open my mouth, and aim better next time.”
      And so clearly. I was dying after your next few comments. Love the same weird humor.
      Side note: I promise I’m taking value in what your saying and the overall intent of what your trying to convey with this scenario. But the joke was literally right there man, I’m disappointed no one in the audience jumped on it. …
      …..
      after some consideration, maybe I should avoid the live meetings.

    As someone who has finally learned to let it go I can confirm that this is all true. Everything you mentioned I can resonate with. My life since then has all changed for the better and most importantly I feel good about myself (which I never did in 30 years of my life) no matter the external circumstances.

    • @MaurizioMucciaronepositive
      @MaurizioMucciaronepositive ปีที่แล้ว +1

      How?

    • @jay.jay.
      @jay.jay. ปีที่แล้ว

      @@MaurizioMucciaronepositive Before I never understood what does it mean to let it go or love yourself until one day was in my bed and directed the focus into my HEART. I closed my eyes, imagined myself in a place with flowers (so a nice, positive, peaceful one) and started feeling gratitude, love, joy, trust, compassion, kindness, peace and light. In this state I felt I have everything I ever wanted, I felt whole, good enough. I detached mentally and spiritually from this wordly things. My heart got connected only to God (I believe in God) , I felt so good that I started crying. I said to myself I will never feel bad, nothing external determines my worth and I will not try to control the outcome. I will not care if something happens or not. Before I was always in a state of worry, anxiety, stress, fear.
      Everything always works out for our highest good.
      And inherently we are all born good enough, but later as we grow we feel that external things possessed, achieved or not determine if we are good enough or not.
      I hope this somehoe helps. If you want check Heart coherence. Maybe you don't like this stuff, but focusing in the inside is what changed for me things in the outside. And the good thing is that now you don't try to fix or control things in the outside to change the inside (how you feel). When the inside is good, the outside doesn't affect you.

      In the beginning it seems hard to tell if I'm doing it right. But essentially it's trying to invite as many sensations related to what you're trying to let go, and surrendering to those sensations, right?

    What is “letting go”?

    Thank you again! Your words are spoken with such clarity that it blows me away how much it all hits the nail on the head perfectly. I happen to be someone who has taken numerous large psychedelic trips with meditation. The lessons the medicine taught me are exactly what you speak about. The problem I have is that I need to remember fully and deeply incorporate those lessons. A big one let me know that if I do everything with good intention and love then I have no reason to fear judgement from others. Can I ask if you are familiar with ever taking the psychedelics to learn some things you discuss? It has my curiosity to know if so because you are living at a level of high connection I admire and would like to reach someday.

    Pretty much everything Julien says I agree with and have learnt lots from this wonderful guy. I also listen to Eckart Tolle and I don't get this Identity thing. Is it poss8ble to have an unhealthy attachment to self ID . Who am I? I am more than my thoughts my history, memories, job, status etc etc. I am you and you are me.
    I don"t know, but 'im becoming more comfortable with not knowing, the more I listen to these public speakers.
