Hey! Can you please help me. I’m having a hard time with the lettering on my hearts. The letters don’t come out so clean from the mold and I try to do everything before letting them set in the fridge. How do you get yours to come out so clean with the chocolate on the sides and around the letter?
Do you ever have big orders and make them ahead of time? If so, how do you store them?
How long does the chocolate stay workable/warm in the pipíng bag?
