Wanda was telling truth, she is the Villian. Ppl are ignoring this bc of her past heroic deeds, but she is unstable. The losts in her life corrupted her and she forgot even non powered just regular ppl lose loved ones all the time, but with great power and tragedy, a person can lean towards their darker side. Also her complicated past. I knew something was wrong with her when she was sitting in that cell looking like a pyscho in Civil War. This was a good setup for Monica collab with Wanda. Unexpected and they may play on this in the future and the two may become great friends....partners, if something dont happen to Wanda. . In Wandavision the writers both showed each character's grief due to their loses. It was a build up on a genuine connection between them.
Or Chaos Magic is infiltrating her mind and she is doing these things unintentionally. She has had one of the hardest character developments in the MCU and it's quite obvious her powers are heavily influenced by her emotions, and if you're in a negative emotional state the result will be just that, negative.
@@isaiah4791 No sweetie, it is intentional. She was fully aware and in control and it isnt the magic that is corrupting her. Its her trauma, pain and grief. Example, in the last episode on Wandavision when all the townsppl gained control for brief moment with the help of Agatha and express their care for their love ones and Wanda was lying to herself that everyone was ok even under her control but ultimately decided to take the hex down but went right back to manipulation all because of her personal grief of losing her artificial family, it was a real showcase of her control and awareness of what she was doing. No magic nor entity was controlling that but her. She was damaged before her powers.
@@myfddream So did you read the part in which I said "her powers are heavily influenced by her emotions" sweetie? I'm aware that shes aware these things are occuring but because Chaos Magic is as powerful as it is, she is slowly succumbing to its deterioration resulting in the downfall of her 'character' in the sense of trying to make good out of bad. She realised the extent of her powers and left to a secluded area away from humanity. You could expect anyone to act in such a manner given all shes gone through.
Wanda was almost a villain in WV but the fact she left the Hex over keeps her just one step away from being a villain. She had the chance to intentionally attack SWORD for disassembling Vision , could hv gone haywire over Stark industry but she didn't . Finally when her grief couldn't be contained anymore she unintentionally end up creating Hex. But she definitely going to be full fledged villain in MOM.
I wonder if someone who already has superpower (such as hulk, thor, doctor strange, mantis, eternal members) enters the hex 3 times just like how Monica did it. Can they also gets new superpower or the hex just change the power that they had before?
i feel like in theory it’s like an x gene type of thing that some people have capabilities in terms of powers and in this case Monica was able to absorb excess hex energy which unlocked her powers. So it wouldn’t give people new powers just unlock a potential depending on a person to person basis
@@incomments2864 no Wanda hex gave her powers- when she first entered her cell got rewritten on a molecular scale so her entering it again gave her powers
@@shxd_2618 If you wanna get real specific the hex wall is pretty much pure chaos magic/energy. It's as likely that it sraight up gave her powers as unlocked them - chaos allowing for endless potential outcomes meaning engless potential powers, which sorta fits with her power to absorb any energy, including Wanda's untrained chaos magic. OTOH with Wanda and the Mind Stone it definitely just amped what was already there, as explained in the flashback/visions that Agatha induces. It shows that the 2nd bomb that landed in their Sokoiva apartment probably would have killed Wanda and Pietro, and that she instinctively disarmed it through a "probability hex", which seems much more likely than randomly defective Stark weapons.
Anyone else notice the mail guy and Dottie are most likely in this scene for a legit reason? I think Dottie is still a prominent character and the mail guy is prob a shape shifter bc he has such an odd bond with Agatha. Something about that town is way more bizarre than has been revealed.
“Don’t shoot I’m just the messenger” Agatha hexed him to be her seeing eye person. Notice how he’s always in front of Wanda’s house, he’s always on screen when they’re not inside the house. Wanda doesn’t question it because he’s the mail man, his job requires showing up to people’s homes (to deliver mail). When Agatha isn’t around he is. Him and others but he’s the main one.
🌚You seriously do realize that Carol Danvers' powers come from the pure energy of a more powerful infinity stone from Wanda's s,🧙♀️ right? Had her origins not changed, the source of her powers might even have been white holes🌟 instead of kree dna+ space stone
Pretty sure what happened was the stress of being in the hex and the hex's reality rewriting purpose caused her metagene to activate causing her to become a mutant.

WandaVision was a great start for Phase 4. Can't wait to see more of Wanda of course, and can't wait to see Woo, Monica and Darcy working as a team again ❤️❤️
Here's a cool theory So I've heard everyone talking about how Monica and Captain Marvels powers are similar, but what if i told you they're more alike than we thought, Remember, Carol got her powers from a reacter by the creed, and Monica got her powers by passing through the hex multiple times, the third really doing the trick allowing her to absorb some of the energy passing through it, but what if i told you that the sources they gained their powers from aren't that different Carol got her powers from a Creed reactor that had energy from the tesseract which is the space infinity stone, the infinity stones are relics that date back to the big bang, they were created from the energy that created the universe CMBR, and what flows through the Hex again? CMBR Coincidence??? I THINK NOT
You can really tell Wanda is very conflicted and having a hard time trying to keep her reality alive and real it shows that even tho she’s hurting and wants to believe it’s real she still knows it’s wrong
But the mind stone didn’t give wanda powers. It did amplify her in a way as The Scarlet Witch/Chaos Magic was able to take in the Mind Stone’s energy. But i do like the irony of Wanda giving Monica her powers lol

This show had a really good idea having the lives of Wanda and Vision scene through the lens of TV culture decade by decade. Where thee writing went off the rails is 1. Wanda subjugated and enslaved an entire town 2. How the director of SWORD got his hands and dismantled Vision, when Vision was last seen alive in Wakanda (where no one outside the Avengers knew of their advance tech and society) taken over the objections of the people of Wakanda, the Avengers, and Nick Fury. 3. How the writers made it so easy for Monica to get powers by having her molecules rearranged and do the cliché superhero landings (insert Deadpool/Ryan Reynolds’s voice). 4. How Vision was easily disassembled considering he’s made out of Vibranium, the strongest stuff on earth next to Adamantium if Marvel ever integrates the X-Men into the MCU. 5. How obvious the SWORD director was going to become the villain of the show aside from Agatha. 6. How the writers still tried to make Wanda the hero of the show at the end instead of a fallen hero when Monica arrogantly said “They’ll never know what you gave up.” Seriously?! The town was enslaved! Parents couldn’t see their own kids except for Halloween! Talk about horrible writing!
Nah more than that because if her being launched out and coming in with that fancy ass gear meant to handle all of that energy the properties are now part of her (bulletproof due to the vest * note shooting the pants that didnt convert back* and now able to deal in energy due to what she wore coming in (she was being warped which is why they wanted more of her blood etc in the snap episode) . Its what I gathered. This is Photon. It may be magnetised while being there but she is enhanced permanantly. She is the only one who purposely came in after the hex + stronger hex was introduced and 2 she knew what she wore etc would effect her but took a risk as to how it would do so.
When i was watching the first two eps i was like What is this serie gonna turn like? And boom i Was so surprised i really love it! I hope there’s more from wanda coming in the future I love her
Oh! I'm glad you enjoyed it, btw have you seen Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness?, if you haven't it's a new marvel movie and wanda is there, it takes place after the events of WandaVision.
Yes because Chaos Force in which Wanda possesed sparked the creation of the whole of Cosmos where the Cosmic beings got their powers including the remaining cosmic forces like Phoenix,Odin etc....
Wanda is kind of a b with an itch. I understand she is grieving, but the end of the series, she did nothing but mentally torture those people. None of them deserved that. And she never holds herself accountable.
It's just Disney. Notice the weird trend they seem to be following with 'de-villainizing' classic animated antagonists like Maleficent and Cruella? (rumor is that Ursula is up next, they already did it before in Once Upon A Time) They are legit trying to make being bad a good thing so that people don't notice when Dsney as a company are doing it.
Did we watch the same show? If you actually watched ep 8 and 9 Wanda didn't know she was torturing those people, and when she realized that she was actually doing it she stopped immediately. When she created the hex it wasn't a calculated plan, she was in so much emotional pain that it just happened. She was with the love of her life and that's the only thing that mattered to her. She didn't know she was torturing the people of Westview. About She never holds herself accountable, true, not on her show, maybe in Doctor Strange 2. If you watched the trailer she knows in her words she make mistakes and people were hurt, that's a step, but I think eventually she'll be held accountable for her actions don't worry.
Have the MCU confirmed this moment and exactly how themselves? From what I see, the initial crashed looking like it activated something within Monica especially when she closed her eyes like she had been hit in the head. Then when she got out, she clearly looking like she KNOWS there something about her that could make her get through as if she was already feeling the energy inside her. and then going through it, her powers were surfacing more to ultimately activating her spectrum vision once inside. I'm not certain that actually the hex gave her powers because that big ass truck was knocked back but Monica , a human body could maintain and get through....nah something was already in her. Remember Monica's power, she can turn into energy and battle other energy.
Because of that space suit that she wore is made for space and radiation can't affect it but she wasn't fully covered so all the chaos made her like this
Because the first time, she was already told that there was mutation in her dna to a molecular lvl, the secound time was ebough to give her powers/ make her a mutant
As much as I like WandaVision, I hate that when Monica got her powers, she didn’t even bat an eyelash. She didn’t even acknowledge that she had become different. She went on like nothing had happened and began using her powers without even saying one word about having been normal before. That, to me, felt odd.
She did, but she’s a leader and intelligent. She was more like, “that’s amazing and all, but I need to worry about getting Wanda to safety at the moment.”
To be fair Monica has bigger fish. She definitely needs to check out her powers, she's gone in and out of the hex 3 times, broke free of Wanda's hold, can see magic energy, and stopped a bullet by standing. I think in a world where there are giant green men, alien gods, men with metal frisbee's and nanotech armour, plus people coming back to life after 5 years I'd be pretty used to the whacky shit of the super hero world

Wanda's sheer denial of the fact that her creation of the hex and taking an entire town hostage against their will has made her so toxic and twisted that quite frankly she deserves some good ol' fashioned "tough love" in the form of a spectacular beatdown from Monica more than anything else. Idc how powerful Wanda is, as Thanos and other characters in the MCU have already demonstrated, she CAN be touched and thus beaten or taken clean off the board entirely at any given moment so don't worry, Wanda, you'll most certainly get yours sooner or later eventually. P.S. This entire mess that Wanda caused is precisely why crazy, psycho b*tches don't deserve and therefore shouldn't at all for any reason have that much or that kind of power at their disposal, to prevent sh*t like this (and her antics from Multiverse Of Madness) from happening.
Interesting how she's supposed to be the first female Captain Marvel and the second ever to take the mantle, but not in the MCU I guess, she was a kid in the first Captain Marvel film.

But she definitely going to be full fledged villain in MOM.
rip captain carter and the rest of the illuminati team.
@@myfavoritesuffering8375 like Deadpool lol
The mind stone unlocked Wanda’s powers. The energy from Wanda’s hex unlocked Monica’s powers. The key word being unlocked.
I hope they don’t nerf her in the marvels 😒 spectrum/photon is way over carol 💯

Pretty sure what happened was the stress of being in the hex and the hex's reality rewriting purpose caused her metagene to activate causing her to become a mutant.

This scene is amazing!!! Thanks
Here's a cool theory
So I've heard everyone talking about how Monica and Captain Marvels powers are similar, but what if i told you they're more alike than we thought,
Remember, Carol got her powers from a reacter by the creed, and Monica got her powers by passing through the hex multiple times, the third really doing the trick allowing her to absorb some of the energy passing through it, but what if i told you that the sources they gained their powers from aren't that different
Carol got her powers from a Creed reactor that had energy from the tesseract which is the space infinity stone, the infinity stones are relics that date back to the big bang, they were created from the energy that created the universe CMBR, and what flows through the Hex again? CMBR
Coincidence??? I THINK NOT
@ 4:20 😂 it’s the other part of that “lady points at cat” meme
You can really tell Wanda is very conflicted and having a hard time trying to keep her reality alive and real it shows that even tho she’s hurting and wants to believe it’s real she still knows it’s wrong
I like the irony, the mind stone gave Wanda powers, and she gave Monica too
But the mind stone didn’t give wanda powers. It did amplify her in a way as The
Scarlet Witch/Chaos Magic was able to take in the Mind Stone’s energy. But i do like the irony of Wanda giving Monica her powers lol
The mind stone only show who truly wanda is not giving her powers

This show had a really good idea having the lives of Wanda and Vision scene through the lens of TV culture decade by decade. Where thee writing went off the rails is
1. Wanda subjugated and enslaved an entire town
2. How the director of SWORD got his hands and dismantled Vision, when Vision was last seen alive in Wakanda (where no one outside
the Avengers knew of their advance tech and society) taken over the objections of the people of Wakanda, the Avengers, and Nick Fury.
3. How the writers made it so easy for Monica to get powers by having her molecules rearranged and do the cliché superhero landings
(insert Deadpool/Ryan Reynolds’s voice).
4. How Vision was easily disassembled considering he’s made out of Vibranium, the strongest stuff on earth next to Adamantium if Marvel
ever integrates the X-Men into the MCU.
5. How obvious the SWORD director was going to become the villain of the show aside from Agatha.
6. How the writers still tried to make Wanda the hero of the show at the end instead of a fallen hero when Monica arrogantly said “They’ll
never know what you gave up.” Seriously?! The town was enslaved! Parents couldn’t see their own kids except for Halloween! Talk about
horrible writing!
Ooo-kayyy.
I am so glad that all these fancy powers are nothing more than fantasy.
She rlly is crazy on "all you do is lie"

Yes because Chaos Force in which Wanda possesed sparked the creation of the whole of Cosmos where the Cosmic beings got their powers including the remaining cosmic forces like Phoenix,Odin etc....
Wanda is kind of a b with an itch. I understand she is grieving, but the end of the series, she did nothing but mentally torture those people. None of them deserved that. And she never holds herself accountable.
literally
At the end of the series, she understands that what she did was wrong and she isolated herself to learn to control her powers.
It's just Disney.
Notice the weird trend they seem to be following with 'de-villainizing' classic animated antagonists like Maleficent and Cruella?
(rumor is that Ursula is up next, they already did it before in Once Upon A Time)
They are legit trying to make being bad a good thing so that people don't notice when Dsney as a company are doing it.
I really love the way they portrayed Monica walking through the Hex. That was done so perfectly 🔥❤️
This makes me wanna watch the show again
Same
If she is super by the power of Wanda does that mean Wanda can take her power away?

LET'S GO. What a badass.
the original captain marvel!!! i hope they do her justice
One question we still have after the show. Why did the 1st time she didn’t get powers but the second time she did by entering the hex??
I think in a world where there are giant green men, alien gods, men with metal frisbee's and nanotech armour, plus people coming back to life after 5 years I'd be pretty used to the whacky shit of the super hero world
@@camnunes8847 Truly, I get that. @@s.k.zuidema2873 that is true, you are right though. Her reaction to developing super powers that can let her walk through a reality altering barrier is definitely something I'd be concered about
Wanda's sheer denial of the fact that her creation of the hex and taking an entire town hostage against their will has made her so toxic and twisted that quite frankly she deserves some good ol' fashioned "tough love" in the form of a spectacular beatdown from Monica more than anything else.
