I have lived in Denver for over 40 years now and I have never been in side of the Brown Palace . thanks for the look in side! At the time that Brown Palace was built it was said to be in the sticks on the out skirts of town!
Just a beautiful historic hotel. The fictional Isaac Bell (Clive Cussler) always stayed there in the early 1900's. We loved your tour of this beautiful building with the gorgeous architecture and ornate fixtures. The blueprints would be great to see and compare as you mention. A "Gentleman" always is discreet! Loved seeing the Onyx room with all the beautiful art. Just gorgeous. Thanks for bringing us along!
Wow that is an elegant place from the cherubs on the ceiling to the chandeliers. To even have you tea wow thank you so much for sharing it I love the architecture. 💞💕💗👍👍👍. As always another beautiful video
This hotel was incredible, divine and stunning. Loved all the little things you shared about the place 😊 the updown panels, the Beatles etc… great video
Oh wow the architecture was amazing - so much Art Deco decor too. That was an impressive afternoon ☕️ what an amazing history that building has👍🏻 Great video again my friends
What a beautiful, historical hotel! Loved the atrium, with those stained glass panels, and the "Upside" part of the railing, that was a cool find! Neat about the honey from the roof that they make into lotion and beer! Ha I love stuff like that! That underground tunnel to the brothel sounded interesting... and they use to call them gentlemen... lol loved the story!
Wow!! What an amazing piece of history!! Loved this tour guys, I’ve never seen anything like it! The fifth floor was intriguing with the panel 🙌🏼 blessings to you!! 🌸🙏🌷
This is such a beautiful, grand hotel. I love this history about this place that you shared with us. The atrium and the stained glass are lovely. Your room looked very well appointed and also very comfortable. We will have to remember this place the next time we visit Denver. Thanks for showing us around The Brown Palace!
Very interesting architecture on this one. The halls seemed weird to walk down. That marble bathroom was really nice. Interesting to see all the different angles withing the architecture.
What a stunner! Just gorgeous! Funnily enough, In Vancouver, BC, there are quite a few of the triangle shaped buildings. They are referred to as 'flatiron' buildings because they are shaped like an iron we press clothes with. If I remember correctly, they were built that way because of the way the city land was surveyed out back in the day, one surveyed area ending and another beginning. They sure are interesting to look at. If I'm ever in Denver, I think it would a real treat to stay at the Brown Palace! Thanks for sharing all of it's splendor!
Happy Saturday !!! 🙃 Hope your both having a Wonderful Weekend. Enjoyed the Brown Palace what a lovely looking place to stay and dropped a 👍19 have a Great Day 👋😎
You show me more and more stuff I want to add on our trip to Colorado lol I just added a couple more places in Northern New Mexico. That's about the only thing delaying this vacation has produced, fine tuning things and finding all this extra stuff. This place is beautiful. How is the parking to stay here? When we stayed at the Menger in San Antonio, they took the Jeep and I had no idea where they took it lol You guys have done another great job showcasing Colorado! I'm going to show this to Gypsy Lynn later today when she wakes up.
It’s interesting that they didn’t chose to correct the two panels. The 8th and 9th floors being apartments makes it possible to see how it helped to save them during the depression. Your room is beautiful. Bees on the roof. The triangular shape of the building is quite unique. Wonder why they needed to change the elevators. Probably a safety issue. The debutante ball would definitely be something to see.
Whoa. Beatles were there! And to see them at Red Rocks? Bucket list!! Roof bee honey beer? Wow. A classic tea, too! Of course we have to ask: How close to Coors Field?
Such a magnificent hotel! Full of history. The cherubs on the ceilings represent a family member of the hotel, is that right? Awesome chandelier in the atrium! Enjoyed watching!
Wow since 1892 its beautiful thanks for sharing this great place in Colorado!!! I am sure it was a wonderful experience and how long its been there I am sure its haunted lol j/k
That was forward thinking in keeping the hotel alive and from closing. Beautifully appointed rooms. Love or the lattice work on the balconies, beautiful. Love the Methodist Church. Fancy a bordello and a tunnel for access, so those horny men could not been seen. The Onyx Saloon is stunning! Those Cherubs are so cute. Christmas decorations are a sight to be seen. I have escourted a few Debutantes in my life time. This has been a wonderful tour Denise. Thank you for showing us around this fabulous hotel. 👍🏼🤗♥🙏🏼

Yes. The A train. There's also a bus. Then you can Uber over to the brown palace. Both will take you to Union station. I wouldn't walk it from Union station to the hotel. If you are coming in at night. You can pick up the train next to the Westin Hotel at DIA. If you are looking for other things to do. We have a whole playlist on Colorado. You are going to love the brown palace. One of our favorite hotels
