First time I heard this band was last may when we went to see them live and was completely blown away.absolutly stunning performance.Been a crazed fan since.Saw them again in the fall and it was just as awesome!! Great reaction video.cheers..

This song is an absolute banger! I‘m from Switzerland, they are from here, we are so proud of them! The production on this is absolutely fantastic, although the bass could be louder in the mix as she has a fantastic tone and would make the song even heavier as it already is. Great reaction 🤘

I've been following the band since the release of their 3rd album, but I first found their stuff from the 2nd album. This song here is their first single off their new 5th album coming out in early May I think it is. And they've only been around since 2018. They've gone thru a few line-up changes. They got a new singer for their 3rd album. Go back and watch their video for Hexenhammer (the title track for the 2nd album) to see the original singer. This new singer though has the ability to growl a bit. She's got a wider range than the first singer did. And they've changed a guitarist once or twice already. The original guitarist now plays for Cobra Spell. And her replacement is now out temporarily for maternity reasons. And she's being temporarily replaced by one of the guitarists from the Iron Maidens band (all female Iron Maiden Tribute band). Even though Burning Witches is Swiss, their drummer is Filipino.

I've watched the video clip on repeat
However I think the label of power metal is faulty tho
Heavy metal, yes; speed metal yes; but power metal, no

YES most of Their stuff sounds like this..I mostly listen to Black/Death/Hardcore and Thrash metal..These ladies are a Blend of Power/ NWBHM /Thrash and a smidgen of Doom in some songs..Phenomenal musicians....I am a big Fan and I too a few yrs ago Judged a book by its cover and Was proven Wrong on all accounts And They Became one of my favorite Bands....Burning witches has Said Some of Their Biggest influences Are Kreator..SLAYER...Judas Priest Iron Maiden Saxon..Candlemass King Diamond Venom.. And you can hear it ....This band is Awesome every Album For the most part...They Have had 2 lead singers..Seraina left for a solo project So they have Laura she has been with them for a while now..atleast Since 2017 or 18..Both great singers...And Their ex Guitarist is in Kobra Spell... her Name is Sonia Anubis...Larissa took over in 2021 I believe she is amazing too....In Short Check This Band Out
